Dirty Rooms, dirty towels, dirty pools No fans. AC in some rooms but you will have to pay a lot more. It was too hot to stay with put even a fan. Food will make you sick Staff is not very helpful I do not recommend this place 1 star just for location close to beach.

HEALTH HAZARD -DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
I booked a week all inclusive for my family of four and from the second we checked in I knew it was horrendous. Rooms were filthy, bedsheets and towels were old and stained. Hairs in all the bed covers and bugs. I complained, and was offered 4 other rooms that were all the same! Housekeeping came with new towels and sheets but they were also dirty. AC didn't work, TV had 5 channels that worked, none were English. Food was awful, there were not enough plates or cutlery and it felt like a flea market with people piling up mountains of food which all got wasted as it went uneaten. Hot buffet consisted of 2 options, neither were edible and both me and my son became poorly with upset stomachs almost immediately. Complained once again to reception but manager refused to come and there were at least 10 other people complaining. We had to go to a local pharmacy for medication! The hot water did not work so we could not shower, the place is not fit for purpose. Rooms stunk of sewage, beds were unsafe (the mattress on the bunk bed is the same height as the safety bar so not suitable for children at all). Staff did their best with what they had and really tried to make it better but this hotel should be shut down. Its such a shame as the location and hotel size are amazing but it needs serious investment and renovations before it could be considered as habitable. After the second night we left the hotel and booked another hotel as we physically couldn't stay there for the good of our health! Avoid this hotel like the plague!!
The worst hotel

I genuinely think this place should be knocked down.
We booked an "exclusive" package but everything about it was horrible.
The rooms: The smell hit us as soon as we walked in - very bad, musty odor. The floors were stained and the bedsheets had stains too. There were cockroaches everywhere, plus crawling creatures and mosquitoes. We ended up having to buy our own spray just to deal with the smell and the mosquitoes. My kids couldn’t sleep at all.
The service: We were first "dumped" on the ground floor. After arguing with staff we were finally moved upstairs, but we had to carry all our own bags ourselves. No help, and there’s no lift. Despite booking exclusive, we were still forced to eat out because the hotel food was not good.
The area: The location is the ONLY positive as it near the beach. But the area is extremely noisy. We couldn’t sleep at night because of loud music from the clubs next door.
Health: We were sick the whole time because of how unclean everything was.
I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and your health and stay elsewhere.

We ignored the bad reviews before booking, thinking people were just being dramatic. We were completely wrong—the complaints are spot-on. The only positives are the great location and the nice garden grounds, which is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. Everything else was a nightmare: Rooms: We had to change rooms twice. The first was full of cockroaches, and the second only had 3 beds for the 4 of us! Had to argue with reception for 20 minutes to fix it. Rooms are outdated and dirty with stained towels. Bedding is just a paper-thin sheet with a scratchy wool blanket over it that definitely doesn't get washed. Food: Completely bland. The buffet choices are poor (picky eaters will starve), and the desserts are tiny bite-sized pieces they never restock—if you aren't first in line, you get nothing. Wait times at the snack bar were easily 45+ minutes. Layout & Vibe: Nothing happens on the Tamlelt side, so it's only good if you want dead silence. Everything (karaoke, ping pong, football, music, henna) plus the only 2 working bars are way over on the Caribbean Village side. It's a massive trek just to grab a drink. Pools: They shut strictly at 7 PM, which is way too early. Save your money and book somewhere else.

PLEASE DON’T MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE AND IGNORED REVIEWS AND HOPED FOR THE BEST. THE BEST WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND! Save more money and pay more for elsewhere. The entire hotel is substandard and falling apart: from the rooms to the food, cleanliness, to customer service, to upkeep of facilities etc. The list is endless! We all had the runs and couldn’t shake off consistent smell of urine in our bedroom. Only positives are my kids enjoy swimming so they spent most time in the pool and the cleaning staff and some restaurant staff are nice and helpful! But please for your sake and the kids if you have any, think twice because you’ll get LESS than what you paid for.
