Good experience but i didn’t like food
Families with toddlers, beware. Our four-night all-inclusive getaway with our two-year-old, meant to be a relaxing escape, proved to be anything but.
Lack of Toddler-Friendly Amenities: The kids' club was consistently closed, and on the singular occasion we found it open, the attendant was engrossed in her phone, displaying a clear disinterest in her responsibilities. Dining options for children were equally sparse; our little one subsisted primarily on bananas and bread from the buffet. Subpar Cleanliness: The room and bathroom were plagued by crawling insects, and unsightly mold marred the bathroom. Even the WC appeared improperly cleaned, raising concerns about hygiene. Unresponsive and Unpleasant Staff: Despite requesting a double room, we were initially assigned twin beds. It took numerous trips to the reception—exacerbated by a non-functional intercom—before our room was finally changed the following day. The receptionist's demeanor when I highlighted the issue of the unaddressed room change, despite availability, was notably impolite. Ineffective Air Conditioning: The in-room air conditioning unit, even at maximum setting, failed to cool the room below 28 degrees Celsius. Our child frequently awoke in a sweat, forcing me to spend most nights manually fanning her with a piece of cardboard, far from the restful experience we anticipated.

Food fabulous, animation team very hard working , restaurant staff not trained to understand that their job is to make the guests feel good. Staff in general just follow the rules and will allow customers to wait 5 minutes before giving them a glass of water as not yet opening time at bar. Staff ignore customers and talk to each other
Second time here and what an improvement that has been made, from food to the privilege area all upgraded since being here last year. Special mention to riahi for outstanding service during our stay what a credit he is to hotel I couldn’t of asked for better service he was brilliant, mention to the gentleman also on morning and lunch shift these men where so attentive there just isn’t enough words they made our holiday that extra special so thank you.
