The colourful resort of Agadir is a popular choice of destination for a sunshine holiday in Morocco - and the charming Caribbean Village Agador offers excellent value accommodation. This hotel is in a convenient location just 200m from the beach and in easy reach of the main resort areas. The Caribbean Village Agador also shares facilities with its sister hotel, the El Pueblo Tamlelt, giving guests an enviable choice of four large swimming pools and nine restaurants to enjoy.
Accommodation at the Caribbean Village Agador is arranged in a village style layout, set amongst lush, tropical gardens and within easy reach of the resorts facilities.
You'll feel right at home here. Guests can choose to the relax by the pool or on beach, or be a little more active with a choice of tennis, volley ball, badminton, table tennis, darts and mini golf. Those who need to stay in touch with work or home can make use of the free Wi-Fi in the reception area.
After a delightful day in the sunshine, either amusing yourself at the hotel or exploring the many shops, restaurants and bars in Agadir, you'll be pleased to find your accommodation is comfortable and spacious so you should find it easy to relax. Ensuite twin rooms all enjoy a balcony or terrace where you can breathe in that sea air and plan your evening. Rooms also feature satellite television and a telephone for guest convenience.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Extremely disappointing – Poor hygiene, broken facilities, and rude staff / 1 star. I recently stayed at Caribbean Village Agador (All Inclusive) and unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. Even for a 3-star hotel, the condition of the facilities and the service were unacceptable. Cleanliness & Rooms: The rooms were dirty, and we did not have hot water. Throughout the hotel, tables were constantly dirty and many chairs were broken. Pool Area: Although there are multiple pools, only one bar was open. The staff at the pool bar barely acknowledged guests and ignored us. There were hardly any outdoor tables or umbrellas, forcing guests to sit directly in the burning sun. Food & Drinks: Very poor food options—the buffet was often empty, so you had to keep asking for food. Drinks were served in tiny, espresso-sized plastic cups, and they would not provide bottles of water. Staff & Surroundings: Much of the staff was rude and unprofessional. Outside the hotel, if you looked at a shop without buying anything, the vendors would curse at you. I definitely do not recommend this hotel
AVOID AT ALL COST. This is by far the worst experience of my life. No aircon, rubbish wifi, Ants in the room, shower, toilet. No fridge or drink making facilities. Salmonella on the 1st day which had me bed ridden for 4 days. The restaurant is dirty, food cold, not great choices, only allowed a hot drink for breakfast. The place is just pure filthy. Im not a snob so i wasn't expecting much from this 3* but seriously it shoud be a -3* and should be shut down. I could go on but it makes me feel sick just recapping on this experience.
This was a real mixed bag experience but overall, for the price of around £350pp for 4 nights all inclusive with Thomas Cook flying Ryanair, it was a really good holiday.
The hotel does NOT have air con and Thomas Cook should not advertise it as having it. You can get fans for your room - at a charge - if you are available at 10am to go to a facility on site and request it, along with pool towels, but because we had trips out booked each morning we were unable to secure fans and towels. This facility was only open between 10-noon. We coped by leaving patio doors open.
The same place was where you went to book yourself in to the Moroccan and Italian restaurants on site (part of all inclusive) so again because we were out of hotel between 10 and noon each day we unfortunately coukd not experience this. However, the food in the main restaurant was fantastic. There were breads, at least 4-6 different salads each lunch and dinner, 3 different pasta dishes, chicken, fish, rice, potatoes, soup, beautiful desserts. All excellently cooked and tasted of really good quality. You could eat as much as you like.
Also onsite each day between 2.30-5pm was the snack bar serving burgers and chips but we didn’t try that. It seemed to run out of food pretty quickly. But we enjoyed the main restaurant very much.
Drinks were available and water stations around the hotel.
The hotel has definitely seen better days. It’s worn around the edges. But this didn’t bother us. We appreciated the Riad style accommodation and the grounds and gardens are beautifully maintained. The staff are lovely and areas kept pretty clean. The restaurant could definitely do with some new table cloths and the chairs need a wash. If you want 5 star this isn’t it. But what it is is a good 3 star.
The main pool is busy and noisy. But there are other pools that are quieter. These areas are all clean. The entertainment at the main pool carries on til midnight and it is loud and can be heard across the hotel.
We also found the majority of guests smoked around the pool areas - and as non smokers this git a bit much at times, but you could find loungers away from this sometimes.
There is a shop onsite selling toiletries and food and drink and several shops selling souvenirs etc. it a good location close to restaurants (we ate at Pastilla for traditional Moroccan) and about a 5-10 min walk to beach. You can change money at reception and there is a cash machine o site.
We enjoyed our stay but not sure we would go back.

Absolute garbage! First warning sign was the lazy and incompetent attitude of the check in staff, 2nd warning sign was the disgusting room we were allocated. No sign of the mini fridge, ac or a fan, sometimes that guaranteed at check in. No WiFi too.
The bedsheets and curtains looked like someone had vomited on them, 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel between 2 people. Only with repeated requests were these changed and we informed it is hotel policy to only issue 1 bath towel and 1 towel per room regardless of how many people. Requests for a hair drier or a iron were met with laughter and the comment 'we dont care, its not our problem'.
Onto the breakfast, dirty and decrepit location with inedible food. The breakfast we were assured by other guests was as good as it got. Having paid for a all inclusive experience we ended up eating out for each meal. Getting a drink, great if you want to wait 20 odd minutes to be served at an almost empty bar, unless you were a female guest then they could not serve you fast enough.
The swimming pools, littered with rubbish and looked dirtier by the day. Sewage water would have been more appealing.
All in all a thoroughly disappointing few days, going home was definitely a highlight. So much so, we left early.
The entire place needs knocking down and consigning to the dustbin of history. I have stayed at other hotels in Agadir and nothing compares to how bad this place is.
Book at your own peril, especially if you have young children.
Back again from another wonderful holiday. I can see improvements being made but more should follow. The staff work so hard. Our room was cleaned on the days we chose. We had breakfast in the second dining room as main dining hall closed for maintenance. Pool and surrounding areas continuously being maintained. This time I got bites around Agadir. Take repellent. Another fun stay meeting friends and relaxing, animation team and bar staff work so hard. Friends made and will return. Yes it's dated but it won't spoil your holiday.
