Fantastic place, lovely people especially the animation team are so kind and welcoming, pool attendants are incredibly helpful too, hotel food is amazing. My only criticism is our room had no air conditioning and it took maintenance 5 days to fix it, 30 degrees in our room was unpleasant.
Fabulous experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Ghizlane was absolutely outstanding. She was so welcoming and absolutely great with children. Never have we experienced such great warmth when checking in. Throughout our stay she was also a great help. Any questions we had, she’d find answers for whether regarding the in-house or outside. She was brilliant!
The mini-club staff were also very attentive with the children. You could tell they loved what they do. Very friendly.
Will definitely revisit.
10/10 for experience!
We stayed at Amadil ocean club late June/early July and it was hands down the best hotel we have stayed at. The room was cleaned everyday (bed sheets were not changed but the bed was remade every morning for us). The rooms are spacious, and bathrooms too. The food was good quality, there’s 3 restaurants that are part of the all inclusive - the buffet, a traditional Moroccan restaurant and a fish restaurant. The Moroccan restaurant was beautiful, food was amazing and there was live entertainment there too. The buffet is massive, same things for breakfast each morning (pancakes/fruit/yogurts/meat/cheeses/potatoes/eggs and more) and lunch/dinner varied everyday with both Moroccan dishes and more basic dishes like pizzas/chips/burgers etc. They also had a bbq outside which they cooked different foods on daily too. The meats and fish were very fresh and tasted great. The all inclusive bar menu has a wide selection too with really nice drinks which are generously poured. The hotel itself is massive, with 3 bars, an entertainment room with a PlayStation inside and also pool tables near the main bar. Live entertainment was also provided at the main bar. We were lucky enough to go during the World Cup and there was a massive projector screen by the main bar for everyone to watch the matches on (not sure what is presented if there’s no football). There’s also a projector screen in the downstairs bar as well. We read some reviews before coming with some minor complaints about decor/food and it is clear they have taken it on board, we saw some improvements being made whilst we were there like repainting the walls outside just for a fresher look which was nice to see that they listen to feedback. The staff are lovely too, we didn’t really go into the pool area but we saw the pool/entertainment team around and they were interacting with guests very wholeheartedly. Location is perfect, it is right on the beach with beds specifically for hotel guests and a rope around the area which people selling are not allowed to cross. The hotel also has security, who were on the beach to make sure residents were not bothered by the people selling things and were also around 24/7 by the entrances of the hotel. It is right on the promenade which if you walk up either way takes you to various shops and restaurants, and if you go out the front of the hotel there are also some nice bars and shops a short walk away too, as well as a pharmacy which was helpful on our trip. Taxis also pull up all the time and are very cheap (if you are a group of 2 or 3, get the yellow taxis as they have a meter and will not raise the prices on you, white taxis are for bigger groups and tend to raise the price). Overall, amazing stay, would definitely come again and will now be basing our all inclusive standards on this hotel. Would upload more photos if I could but I only have videos and trip advisor do not accept screenshots! However, almost lost a star as the gift shop on site is selling basically milk as sunscreen. We run out one day and needed some urgently and bought spf factor 50 for about £15 but we might as well have just bought milk - the sunburn/sunstroke that came after that was horrendous. We had been using spf50 the entire week up until that point and had been fine so this was definitely an issue with the actual product. This is especially dangerous as there are a lot of kids at the hotel and this could have made a child very unwell.
It was a very good week in this hotel especially with the entertainment team they are so kind
Lovely hotel i dpent a great time and we font forget the entertiament team they really made our vaction
