Came to Anezi Tower twice in 3 weeks. Came with my husband the first time and the experience was 10/10 we booked a one bed apartment. Location is fantastic. Room 1212. Then 2 weeks later came with my family there was 5 of us. I specifically asked for one apart that has no stairs for my disablef mother and they couldnt accomodate us, i had to wait the next day and asked 3 times which was a shame. The recpetion staff said you need to come early not at 3pm but we went to the reception and told a different recpetionist at 10am! Anyways, finally we were in room 1214 which was great for my mum, brother and myself. We also had room 1224 for my sisters. The only other thing that really lets down the hotel is the spa staff! My mum specifically asked her not to cut her toe nails during the pedicure as her nails are very weak but she did it anyway. When i confronted her she started shouting and saying 'she enjoyed it! HOW ON EARTH IS SHE ENJOYING WHEN SHE CANT EVEN WALK!! SHE CUT HER NAILS SO SHORT!! Do yourself a favour and go to a different spa! Also we fidnt book excursions through the hotel we went to the place at the back of the hotel down the stairs!
The people are 10/10 you will get along with everyone, people are understanding which is important aswell and you come here with family friends for business, what ever.
Honestly the best experience i ever had the staff was lovely the food was beautiful and I got treated like I’m one of theirs and I would 100% be comming back again and would recommend this hotel to anyone if I could give them more then 5 stars I would but would 100% recommend this place and they will be seeing me again
This is most definitely not 4* I would not even give it 1 star. It is absolutely filthy . Staff have refused to engage with us or send in cleaning staff, dirt and scum everywhere . We are been totally ignored by staff along with 5 other family's l love holiday are not addressing our concerns or replying to emails. We are left totally on our own in a filthy dirty holtel.
Anezi Tower Hotel and Apartments are by far the worst place i have ever stayed our room is absolutely fifty with black caked in dirt on the handles doors and walls the counter tops had mushed in food all over them windows and Doors are rotten with woodlice the floors were full of ants the Shower is broken there was no hot water for two days and in the toilet there is a window to no where it a void between our Apartment and the next when you open it you can hear Rodents scratching and scurrying so we kept that window closed there was no kettle no cups and one Glass with dirt caked in the bottom of it we went to reception but that was a waste of time They showed us a different Apartment that was worse they are so so rude with no customer service skills what so ever the manager told me I got the best Apartment that Love holidays had viewed the apartment and agreed to take it thet love holidays pay very very little for the Apartments. What I will say is the pool area and reception are nice and staff around the pool are pleasant but if but be aware the manager Abdullah and Harchi Maryam have a disgusting attitude Harchi Maryam lied several times and told security I was taking video and pictures of her security asked to see my phone I showed him and there was no pictures or videos of her security gave out to her and she still wouldn't Apologise to me she also told me the Shower was fixed that her maintenance staff told her it was fixed told me I was lying and told me to show her when she came over to the apartment she seen it was still broken and called maintenance and gave out to them again she would not apologise just stayed silent and walked away Harchi Maryam and Abdullah do nothing for the Moroccan people or the Country these were the first two people we interacted with and thought if this is the way it is our holiday is going to be a holiday from Hell but thankfully it wasn't like that Morocco is a Beautiful place and the Moroccan people are lovely just Avoid Anezi Tower Hotel and Apartments. I wish I could put up pictures to show people. Ps there was Six other families/couples in the same situation
