Asmae restaurant
Asmae in the restaurant was super helpful and friendly. Made our evening dinner in the restaurant really enjoyable. The restaurant food was really good and we really enjoyed the tagines

It’s ok - nothing to write home about
Food was good, staff are really nice but hotel really needs refreshing, very tired and grubby. Sun loungers are crammed in right on top of each other round the pool. No atmosphere in the bars or restaurant and rooms left were small. Good location, beach and promenade over the road with lovely restaurants at really low prices too.
Good place for family holiday and the jumbo club give a good atmosphere so all people can enjoy their holiday.

Wonderful hotel
Initially I was a little worried being a Black family we may face some hostility, but everyone was so friendly, helpful and respectful. The staff work very hard to keep the hotel clean. When they say all inclusive they truly are, with most alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks available as part of all inclusive deal and fries and pizza available all day. Only thing I would say is that the hotel shouldn’t feel they must serve pork, afterall this is a Muslim country and people should accept that, and not come if they cannot live without it. Special shout out to Ikram, Fouad, Said, Halima, Abdellah, Karim and all the wonderful hardworking staff.

Very good
We met Halima at reception and she was very helpful. We were able to enjoy the lunch buffet even though we arrived earlier than our check in time. The staff were friendly and helpful
