Sol Oasis Marrakech

Although we haven't arrived at the hotel yet, I wanted to leave a review about the service we've received before our holiday has even started.

We recently needed to add an extra room to our booking and, unfortunately, dealing with On the Beach turned into a much longer process than it should have been. Thankfully, once we contacted the hotel directly, everything became so much easier.

A special thank you has to go to Nassima El Guerouani in Reservations. Over the course of six or seven emails, she was always quick to reply, friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. She answered every question we had, kept us updated throughout and did everything she could to accommodate our request.

What really stood out was that nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Even after helping us with the booking, she took the time to send information about the shuttle service, spa and excursions, which was a lovely touch and has made us even more excited for our holiday.

Customer service like this is hard to find, and I really hope the hotel recognises what an asset Nassima is. She has made us feel like valued guests before we've even checked in, and that's a fantastic first impression.

I'll update this review once we've completed our stay to share our experience of the hotel itself, but based on the service we've received so far, we're really looking forward to our visit.

It amazing i loved everything about this hotel the staff are amazing and so kind, many activities to do throughout the day and lot of options for food! Overall a great experience, highly recommend and would love to come back! Hamza, khalil, ousama

Fabulous holiday. The hotel is scrupulously clean, towels changed daily and plenty of towels available for the pool. Rooms are on the smaller side but air conditioning is brilliant.

Staff are amazing especially the pool bar staff, animation team and breakfast/lunch service. Everyone within the hotel are welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.

Sunbeds are always available, pool is a good size and there’s also a separate children’s pool.

Food has something for everyone within the restaurant, snacks such as burgers and wraps from pool area and there’s also pizzas available throughout the day.

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel, I’ve been to Morocco previously and this hotel is one of the best!!!
