Lovely hotel so beautiful and picturesque. I went with my family who have been there many times however this was my first and i absolutely loved it. They introduced me to Khalil who they already knew and remembered. He was a excellent entertainer who had very good dance moves.
I love this hotel! The best holiday I have ever been on. It is our second time and we have booked to come back already next year on our third night out of seven. All the entertainment staff are so lovely. Soufan and the barman remembered us from last year as well as Khalil. Hasna and Itaf and Alibaba made us very happy and welcomed us. We loved the Bollywood show especially! Look forward to many more visits in the future🤍.

We’ve had such a lovely stay at Sol Oasis Marrakech. The hotel is beautiful, small and peaceful, which we really loved. Everything was absolutely spotless, and the staff are genuinely wonderful. They can’t do enough for you, but at the same time they’re never in your face — it’s the perfect balance. The animation team were wonderful and so good with the Children around the pool. All the staff at this hotel work so hard. Would recommend the cooking class if it's on we really enjoyed that .
The food has been lovely, with lots of choice and plenty to enjoy. Just a little note if you’re someone who wants traditional English food or a full English breakfast — this probably isn’t the place for you, as the food is much more Moroccan/international rather than English-style. We personally really enjoyed the variety. The pizza counter is open 1230pm-9pm huge bonus.
The entertainment has also been really good. The adult entertainment starts at around 9:45pm, and there was always a nice atmosphere in the evenings. The drinks were beautiful too! Padel courts , tennis courts , football, and a gym huge win! Sun rise on the rooftop seating area was beautiful.
Our room wasn’t the biggest, but it was absolutely fine for us and had everything we needed. The balcony was small but really cute and quaint, and it was lovely to have that little outdoor space. Our room was 1708 and it was a perfect distance from everything and ground floor. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, the decor is is unusual and traditional which I loved .
We didn't leave the hotel , we had booked a hot air balloon ride on get your guide but this was cancelled the night before. We came for 4 nights 5 days for a relaxing break in the sun and that is just what we got . I had a massage whilst here which was unbelievable. The spa is beautiful.
Overall, we’ve really enjoyed our stay. If you’re looking for a beautiful, clean, quiet hotel with amazing staff, good food, lovely drinks and a relaxed atmosphere, I’d definitely recommend Sol Oasis Marrakech. Thank you so much for our stay we will be back ❤️
3rd time here and it just gets better every time you return! The Bar staff are excellent, Mushin, Hannen & Soufiane are truly superb. The one outstanding restaurant guy "Avine" who worked Breakfast & Lunch always looked after us, as soon as we walked in he acknowledged us as soon as we were seen, he remembered our drinks without asking, excellent. And not to forget the outstanding Entertainment team, Kahlil was always around making us laugh, others being Mohammad, Zak,Yamil,Ali Baba & Itaf left us with outstanding memories. Rooms nice, food nice, had another great holiday! Only complaints were , Evening Restaurant people just stood around and ignored your drinks needs and room wasn't cleaned for 2 days as we come back to room at 15-30 and cleaners wanted to clean at 15-45. Nothing to put us off coming back again.
We were looking forward to our holiday having read so many great reviews but our experience was disappointing. Check in was a long drawn out process, and could have been better. Staff overall were friendly. It was very noticeable from the start that if you didn't speak French you would be treated differently and this was more noticeable at the bars and 'restaurant'. Meal times felt like a help yourself canteen, no table service, no visible staff at times if you wanted another drink or another fork! Unless you were french. Then you had your own waiter! I am not fussy, but struggled with the food, not properly labelled, Left open so the flies can get to it and lukewarm. We didn't starve, but it was very underwhelming. Having to queue for the pool bar everytime was annoying (especially when some people were getting table service) The pizzas by the outside bar were nice and our saving grace. Rooms were clean. Grounds were nice. Bus to medina ran on time. Would i return - No Would i recommend- No
