What a stunning hotel, rooms were cleaned everyday and towels changed, air conditioned, because it's so hot! Food was good and plenty of choice. Staff I can't rate enough! We felt very looked after, special shout out to Hamza, Mohammad, Aziz, these guys made it for us, the entertainment and activities were good fun!

We originally left a review before we had even arrived at Sol Oasis, mainly because of the fantastic service we received from Nassima in Reservations.
We had needed to add an extra room to our booking and, after the nightmare of dealing with On the Beach, contacting the hotel directly was a completely different experience.
Nassima El Guerouani was brilliant. We exchanged six or seven emails and she was always quick to reply, friendly, professional and, most importantly, helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. She answered all our questions, kept us updated and even sent us information about the shuttle, spa and excursions after everything was sorted. It was a great first impression.
Having now actually stayed at Sol Oasis, I can honestly say it lived up to that first impression.
The food was first class. Plenty of it, plenty of choice and we never had an issue finding something we liked.
The grounds are also fantastic and are kept to an impeccable standard. Everywhere you look, things are clean, tidy and well looked after.
Our room was probably on the small side, but it was perfectly functional and absolutely spotless. We had bottled water every day too, which was a nice touch.
But for me, the thing that really makes this place is the staff.
Every single member of staff we came across was friendly, caring and professional. Nothing seemed too much trouble and they genuinely seemed to care about making sure people were enjoying themselves. That makes a massive difference and is something you can't always find in hotels.
I honestly can't think of any negatives from our stay. I'm sure someone could find something if they tried hard enough, but we certainly couldn't. We had a brilliant holiday.
One thing I do want to mention though are the two stray dogs outside the main entrance where the transfer buses drop you off. They are incredibly friendly and clearly know the hotel area. Please be kind to them. If you can, give them some food and water now and again. They broke my heart when we left. I know they aren't part of the hotel, but they deserve a mention.
So, would we go back?
Absolutely. In fact, we've already booked to come back next year.

This hotel has the best staff I’ve ever seen at any hotel I’ve visited. We really enjoyed our week as a family and the hotel was amazing. Special shoutout to Amine in the restaurant, every day he looked after my family, he could work anywhere in hospitality in any country. Also shoutout to Aziz, what a guy keeping my two year old boy entertained, he has great energy. The maid was amazing too always keeping our room clean and topping up our bottles of water. The all inclusive was good and definitely better standard than other places I’ve visited, people need to remember it is all inclusive and you get what you pay for.
We have just visited for one week with our 6 month old baby on our first family holiday The staff are 10000% what make this hotel so good. They were all caring and attentive to us and our baby whilst not being overbearing. The animation staff by the pool are fantastic with their entertainment through the day, loads get involved and they aren’t pushy to people who decline. Food wise I think this is the only area that could be improved. It was often cold despite us being there as the restaurant opened and not much variety from night to night. Luckily with our baby he didn’t require any food but I think we would have struggled to feed him if he was older. Rooms were always cleaned. Pool and inside bar areas lovely. We have no issues with the facilities
We would like to specifically mention Noureddine, Sufiyenne, Brahim, Alaa who kept us refreshed with drinks all day and night Red and Mohammed at the bar who made the best cocktails, Kawtar, Yasmin and khadija who always went out of their way to greet us and ask how our baby was. I would definitely return :)
Hotel was lovely, food is great. Room and bed was very comfortable. Service within the hotel was great, staff are very friendly and attentive. Everything on site that you need. Padel court, pool, gym all a plus. Alibaba was great with us having conversations at night and helping us with information for our trips to marrakech.
