Lovely hotel, set in gorgeous grounds, the staff are amazing, stayed in several riu hotels throughout the world, and the staff here are, so far, the best. Couple of minor complaints, the children's entertainment is non existent, and the food is, after 3-4 days, rather repetitive. Have given 5 stars as 4.5 isn't an option. It is a lovely hotel. I highly recommend
We’ve just returned from another amazing holiday and, overall, had such a lovely time!
Our room was lovely and was cleaned beautifully every day. The maid did a fantastic job, with fresh towels, towel art on the beds and bottled water replaced daily — those little touches really made a difference. ❤️
The hotel grounds were absolutely beautiful and such an amazing setting. There were lovely pathways surrounded by lots of plants and pretty flowers, water features with fish and turtles, and plenty of beautiful areas to explore. The lobby was huge, very stylish and lovely and cool, with lots of comfortable places to sit.
The pool area was great — very clean and with activities going on throughout the day, including water polo and aqua zumba. There was also a really good mix and variety of music around the pool. The pool guys were always so helpful when it came to finding sunbeds and umbrellas. A special shout-out to Boss Man! 😂👏
All of the staff were so friendly, polite and personable. Everyone always seemed happy to help and had a smile on their face.
The animation team were brilliant too. They were extremely busy and worked so hard, but you could really tell they genuinely loved what they do. A special shout-out to Mad — what an amazing young man and a real asset to the hotel. Boo-Yaka! 😂❤️
The only negative for us was unfortunately the food. We found it quite samey and there wasn’t a huge amount of variety. All five of us had an upset stomach at some point during the holiday, which was disappointing, especially as we experienced the same issue when we visited two years ago.
That said, we still had an absolutely fantastic holiday and made some amazing memories. The beautiful surroundings, lovely staff, pool, entertainment and overall atmosphere made it a really enjoyable stay.

Would avoid going here if you’re a young couple. During the day is fine however the night time is boring. All inclusive is a joke. You pay all that money for watered down drinks (even if asking for double you can’t taste a thing). Entertainment starts at half 9 and by the time it starts everyone’s away to bed as no one can get drunk in the slightest.
Firstly, this is my first visit to Marrakech and I was not disappointed. I leave in a few days and wanted to leave my review while still here.
They make sure you are ok, assist, and support. They work hard dat and night. Big shout out to the catering team, the pool guys and the cleaners. Everyone is polite and welcoming. 2. Rooms are well cleaned, daily towel swans, pj's displayed soo nice..downside towels are a bit rough and small! 3. Food it's all inc so is a bit same old. Recommend the Moroccan restaurant...food great 4. Need AC in the gym! 5. Big shout out to taxi driver, Murad. He was lovely, we used him throughout he was reliable, polite and friendly. Thank you Murad, we appreciated everything you did
All in all a lovely stay made special by all the staff
We have just recently returned from a 10 night stay at this hotel and I would not recommend it to any young couple.
Firstly, if you’re looking for an alcoholic drink you will definitely not get it here (unless you’re drinking the beer you may get ‘tipsy’). When we arrived we had to wait 2 hours for our room to be available so we decided to go to the bar and have a few cocktails, what we didn’t realise was that even though they have an alcoholic cocktail list you need to actually ask them to put the alcohol in. I then decided to go onto the double vodka and orange but again there was no taste of vodka at all. We decided to walk up to the supermarket up the street to get a bottle of vodka so we could add this to our drinks.
Secondly, the entertainment started at half 9 every night however it didn’t actually start until 21:45 the time they set everything up, by the time it started everyone was tired and wasn’t even going to the disco at 22:30, everyone just headed back to their rooms.
Thirdly, the food was very repetitive, it was the same things for breakfast, lunch and dinner with only a few changes at dinner.
Don’t get me wrong the staff were lovely and very friendly but I just don’t think it’s the best hotel to stay at.
