The 198 rooms and suites at the Radisson Blu Hotel Marrakech Carre Eden, created by acclaimed architects Lotfi Sidi Rahal and Meriem Benkirane, feature a warm, contemporary style and amenities like free high-speed, wireless Internet and LED screens with satellite channels. The unique open dining area combines a restaurant, lounge and bar and serves organic meat and fish. The hotel also features an aquarium swimming pool, an expansive patio with sun beds, a fitness center, a spa and a ballroom, and 10 meeting rooms for business events.
A wonderful hotel, full amenities and centrally located. Safe neighborhood with lots of shopping around it. Nice courtyard and pool, live music at night, but not loud or brash.
Really nice hotel. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and everything was pretty comfortable. The location was good too. I had a good stay and would happily come back.
I have regularly stayed at this hotel and this time it wasn’t a 5 star review. The hotel and staff were previously exemplary.
Why:
It’s a bit of a shame.
Our first impression of this hotel was excellent—and that impression only got better as our stay continued. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the combination of its convenient location, modern comforts, and genuinely welcoming atmosphere. After several busy days of touring and sightseeing, it was exactly the kind of place we wanted to come back to and relax.
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, surrounded by familiar Western-based shops such as Adidas and H&M, as well as a variety of restaurants and a nearby mall. The more traditional Moroccan markets and stalls offering local goods are a short drive away, providing a nice balance between modern convenience and an authentic local experience.
The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well appointed, with all the modern Western conveniences we have become accustomed to. The hotel also has a beautiful pool, a bar, a spa, and a gym, all of which provided great opportunities to relax and recharge after a long day.
My only real challenge was with Moroccan cuisine. Personally, beans and vegetables aren’t really my thing! Fortunately, I found my calling with the beef tagine, which at least satisfied my craving for a good protein-rich meal. 😊
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. What really made the experience special, however, was the staff. They were consistently warm, welcoming, and always smiling. Their genuine willingness to help was evident throughout our stay and added a personal touch that made us feel truly welcomed.
For us, this hotel offered the perfect combination of location, comfort, amenities, and outstanding hospitality. After a busy day exploring Morocco, it was a pleasure to have such a comfortable and welcoming place to return to.
Had an incredible experience at the Radisson Blu during a recent visit with my nephews. We headed to the bar to watch our beloved Arsenal play, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was fantastic.
The staff were absolutely amazing — welcoming, attentive and incredibly accommodating. The drinks were top-tier, and the customer service was second to none, making it the perfect place to enjoy the game and spend some quality time with my nephews.
I’d particularly like to mention Hicham Erouhy, Azzeddine El Ada and Sumo Mabout. All three were fantastic and went above and beyond to make our visit so enjoyable. They are a true credit to the establishment and a great reflection of the hospitality at Radisson Blu.
We had a brilliant time and will definitely be back. Highly recommended! ⚽️❤️
