Facial massage
Najia excellent massage, very good. More than expected. Felt so relaxed and comfortable. Feel amazing. Service from start to finish was excellent. Very easy to book and very friendly staff.
Najia is amazing
Najia is incredible! Unbelievable experience and she is so kind. Cannot believe we got lovely massages by the pool! Wonderful idea.
She was wonderful with my mum who is disabled and took her time helping her. We feel so lucky. She is an asset to the hotel!
Nice hotel but needs a refurbishment
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience with excellent service and a comfortable atmosphere. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and enjoyable hotel stay.
We unfortunately had an issue with ants in our room, but Najiya was absolutely amazing and handled the situation straight away. She changed our room immediately and was incredibly attentive, caring, and professional throughout.
Najiya went above and beyond to make sure our concerns were resolved without any hassle. She continued to check in on us throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable and happy, which we really appreciated.
Although we had an initial issue with our room, Najiya’s outstanding customer service made a huge difference to our experience. She is a real asset to the hotel and deserves recognition for the care and effort she showed us.
