Medina Gardens All Inclusive

This is our last day of what has been an amazing holiday. ALL the staff are great - from security, cleaners, waiters/ waitresses to the bar staff, reception, life guards and entertainment team. The hotel is clean and food choices are good. Sunbeds are plentiful, however if you want a specific sunbed / location then you will need to be down early to get it. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday and amazing memories.

Ok, let's start with all the positives.

1. Location is fantastic. The park opposite was a beautiful walk & The Medina etc are literally a stones throw away.
2. Breakfast was always plentiful and of good quality with lots to choose from. The Morrocan eggs were out of this world.
3. The doormen & staff on security need a special mention. So polite, friendly and engage with you every time they see you.
4. The cleaner who cleaned our room was exceptional.
5. Bar staff would always remember your order & would often want to wait on you rather than you wait around. A lovely touch. Always friendly & they work long hard shifts.
6. The gardens are immaculate as are the sunbeds and towels. You can always find somewhere to bathe.
7. Activities are plentiful.

8.Our food for the one visit you're allowed to visit for an evening meal in the Culinariam was 10/10. The sea bass and creme brulee were insanely good! Staff were much quicker and more attentive here compared to the main restaurant. 9. A lovely atmosphere felt around the hotel most of the time. Now for a few niggles.

1. Lunch & evening meals were hit and miss. The food was not as hot as some other Tui Blue AI we have been to & neither was the choice as plentiful here.
2. There is nowhere to hang your bag when you pop to the toilet. No coat hook on the back of any doors so you have to put your personal possessions on the floor. I didn't like this lack of hygiene. The hand driers didn't work properly and the toilets in Reception & The Culinariam are dated. Clean but dated.
3. Not all staff are welcoming. Most are but like many establishments, some were not. I don't know why people work in hospitality if they can't be hospitable?
4. We stayed in Block 3 and we loved our location. Quiet and overlooked the city. Clean but shower cubicle dated.

On the whole, we enjoyed our stay here & we are grateful for all those who looked after us.

We had an amazing experience, and the hotel was a truly magical place to get engaged. All staff went above and beyond, particular shoutouts to Hamza, Mohammad and Karim behind the bar who made our stay spectacular.

If we had one piece of constructive criticism, although the food was delicious and varied, we would have liked to see more vegetarian options matching the 'theme' of the night - Mexican in particular.
