This hotel is situated in the heart of Marrakech, and in the immediate vicinity of the Jemaa el-Fna Square which abounds with souks, restaurants, food stalls and cafes. Places of interest and landmarks are plentiful such as the El Badi Palace, Ourika Valley and the Jardin Majorelle. Visitors can also enjoy a relaxing drive in the local caleche, horse drawn carriages. Facilities include two outdoor pools, one is heated in winter, clay tennis court and a spa offering a variety of massages, treatments and therapies. There are three restaurants including one serving Indian food and two bars, one in the lobby and one by the pool. .The rooms are all spacious and attractively furnished in a contemporary style with Arabic details. They have balconies or terraces with pool or garden views, air-conditioning and satellite television. Some have whirlpool baths.
Dip into one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools or enjoy other recreational amenities, which include a fitness centre. This hotel also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and a banquet hall.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

This hotel really was superb, it’s not 5 stars but it doesn’t claim to be, but it is a very good 4 stars, a smaller resort but has absolutely everything you need. We had a pool view room which was immaculately clean with a great shower. The restaurant was more than decent always something to eat and never got bored, the culinarium for the day time for a sit down dinner was excellent and the free evening meal you get once per stay was fantastic, not the best drinks selection but it was good enough, but for us the real highlight was the staff, they were all such nice people, from the cleaners to the chefs to the waiters and waitresses and the entertainment team who were so pleasant and happy you couldn’t help but smile, even the two lifeguards were really great lads, especially Ibrahim who was an asset to the hotel, we have never been the same resort twice it’s just not something we normally do, but this hotel has made us reconsider this and we might well go back for a week in the future.
Another lovely return visit to medina Gardens. We had a room on the front of the hotel, with a balcony. Lovely a clean. Food and drink have gone up a level with new cocktails on offer. I think the option of an iced coffee would be fab. We will no doubt be returning.
Nice hotel but favoured the French more. Notch choice of English food on buffet so limited choice for fussy eater. Pool areas always had towels on at 7am so never got to sit around pool, best place was garden near bar. Best barman was Muhammad he was brilliant, entertainment was ok but repetitive good location for market and city center but prefer rui tikka palmerie hotel just out of town. Alcoholic drinks limited and expensive if you wanted something not on menu
We stayed here for 10 days. It took 30 minutes in a taxi from the airport to get here. I had prebooked before hand. Checkin was quick we were given our wristband and told all about the hotel. ( you need to download the app for all the information. Our room was lovely . It was kept very clean, balcony, air conditioning, slippers and robes. Tea and coffee in the room and bottle water replaced every day. The bed was good and nice fluffy pillows. Toiletries are provided in dispensers. You are allowed to eat in the restaurant once a week and that really was wonderful. The buffet has a great choice breakfast, lunch and dinner no complaints. Good selection of drinks in the bar. Some have to be paid for but you can check with the code. There was entertainment through the day and evening. I found the staff very friendly and felt very safe. Trips can be booked at the hotel, money can also be changed. We used the spa and that was very good. If I had to give any criticism it would be about the beds round the pool telling you towels will be removed if they are unattended after an hour this did not happen. There are plenty of other beds in the garden and the other pool but if you want to be round the big pool this can be a problem. I would recommend this hotel and if I came back to the area I would stay here again. They booked my taxi back to the airport cost 20 euros. Thank you for a lovely time
