This hotel is situated in the heart of Marrakech, and in the immediate vicinity of the Jemaa el-Fna Square which abounds with souks, restaurants, food stalls and cafes. Places of interest and landmarks are plentiful such as the El Badi Palace, Ourika Valley and the Jardin Majorelle. Visitors can also enjoy a relaxing drive in the local caleche, horse drawn carriages. Facilities include two outdoor pools, one is heated in winter, clay tennis court and a spa offering a variety of massages, treatments and therapies. There are three restaurants including one serving Indian food and two bars, one in the lobby and one by the pool. .The rooms are all spacious and attractively furnished in a contemporary style with Arabic details. They have balconies or terraces with pool or garden views, air-conditioning and satellite television. Some have whirlpool baths.
Dip into one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools or enjoy other recreational amenities, which include a fitness centre. This hotel also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and a banquet hall.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
my wife and i had an excellent weeks holiday at the medina gardens . the location was great , the food was excellent & the staff were brilliant especially hamad & fovad who worked constantly always with a smile. we have already booked to return in may 2027 and look forward to seeing you all again.
Stayed here for my birthday everything about it was 5 star.its the best hotel in Marrakech by far
My mum and I visited this hotel following a recommendation from a family member, and it did not disappoint!
The main reason for this holiday being so good was due to the amazing and friendly staff across all departments. Bar and restaurant staff were constantly ensuring drinks were filled up or replaced, sometimes without even asking, and even remembering our drink orders from previous nights.
Typically, we don’t involve ourselves in the entertainment available, but this holiday changed that. All of the animation team were charismatic and welcoming, and I think they should all be proud of the hard work they put into making sure every guest has a fun time. The hotel’s very own Michael (Jackson) was also a very special asset to our holiday. Despite a failed attempt to get us to join karaoke on our first night, by the end of the week we were loyally playing archery and darts, even managing to get us on the dance floor on our final night.
There are many cocktails available, so almost anyone could find a drink suited to their tastes (many Bellinis were consumed on our end). We appreciated that the drinks were not pre-made, a small but effective touch, that not all hotels offer.
Food was also very nice (and warm)! I appreciated that as a vegetarian, I was able to get a proper meal every time and I didn’t have to question whether I could or could not eat something. I would only suggest that potentially more variety be made available in line with the themed nights. The à la carte was also divine, and a nice change of scenery!
The only other suggestion I would have would be to have designated smoking areas at the pool, as occasionally it got a bit too potent.
Although sad to be back home, we do hope to come again in the future!

Just returned after a week away. Location is perfect for a walk into the centre of Marrakech. Literally 5 min walk to the main square. The hotel its self is very well kept and clean. Unfortunately the only things that let it down for us was the service lacked a little in places. For example when we left the reception just stood and watched us struggle carrying our cases and opening the large heavy glass doors to leave. We stood waiting a few times at the bar whilst the bar men stood having conversations with each other not even acknowledging us. Overall nice place but not perfect. Compared to other hotels we have stayed in Morroco.
