This hotel is situated in the heart of Marrakech, and in the immediate vicinity of the Jemaa el-Fna Square which abounds with souks, restaurants, food stalls and cafes. Places of interest and landmarks are plentiful such as the El Badi Palace, Ourika Valley and the Jardin Majorelle. Visitors can also enjoy a relaxing drive in the local caleche, horse drawn carriages. Facilities include two outdoor pools, one is heated in winter, clay tennis court and a spa offering a variety of massages, treatments and therapies. There are three restaurants including one serving Indian food and two bars, one in the lobby and one by the pool. .The rooms are all spacious and attractively furnished in a contemporary style with Arabic details. They have balconies or terraces with pool or garden views, air-conditioning and satellite television. Some have whirlpool baths.

Great location, close to everything, lovely helpful staff, Mohamed, Hamza, Abderahmane and Karim were so friendly and helpful. Food was great. Only thing that I didn’t enjoy was the men out side the front of the hotel with the horses/carriages. The horses were clearly dehydrated and starved and their urine smelt really bad. It was really upsetting to see them look so depleted. A bucket of water wouldn’t be a big ask from a hotel if the owners are not willing to supply it
Amazing hotel and staff
Our stay was amazing! Hotel was very clean and the staff were really friendly. Shout out to Muhammed and Karim who made looked after us and made our stay even more enjoyable! The food at culinarium restaurant was amazing both for Lunch and Dinner but however we did find the main buffet quite small/limited, however we always found something to eat and did not impact our experience.
Overall, Amazon hotel, we will definitely return!!
Great stay at a great place
Great location, great atmosphere and the rooms were kept very clean. Good value for money and Karim was excellent
Hidden gem
Just got back from a week here. Location is fantastic, a proper hidden gem just walking distance from the main square.
The Bar staff are so attentive, Karim looked after us all week, we were never without a drink in our hand around the pool or on an evening. He really went above and beyond always and made our holiday extra special.
The rooms are clean and the fridges are restocked with bottled water every day.
Entertainment staff work hard. They aren’t too pushy and make everyone feel welcome.
The reception staff, door staff and security were always happy to help and make you feel safe.
The gardens are looked after so well and there although the sun beds around the pools are taken early on a morning the garden beds are just as good for a quiet day.
The food could benefit from some improvement, it was ok - we never went hungry and never had upset stomachs, but I think the standard of food is stopping this place being a 5* hotel.

Karim and Mohamed and all the other staff were amazing , we were never left empty handed, i couldnt recommend the hotel and staff anymore they were absolutely brilliant! X
