This hotel is situated in the heart of Marrakech, and in the immediate vicinity of the Jemaa el-Fna Square which abounds with souks, restaurants, food stalls and cafes. Places of interest and landmarks are plentiful such as the El Badi Palace, Ourika Valley and the Jardin Majorelle. Visitors can also enjoy a relaxing drive in the local caleche, horse drawn carriages. Facilities include two outdoor pools, one is heated in winter, clay tennis court and a spa offering a variety of massages, treatments and therapies. There are three restaurants including one serving Indian food and two bars, one in the lobby and one by the pool. .The rooms are all spacious and attractively furnished in a contemporary style with Arabic details. They have balconies or terraces with pool or garden views, air-conditioning and satellite television. Some have whirlpool baths.

Don't complain as they will call you a liar!
The location of the hotel was very good. We had two weeks here in January 2025 and we enjoyed our stay, so we thought we would return for the summer holiday. VERY disappointed! The hotel room was fine to start with. The first problem was that the sink did not retain water when the plug was in. This was sorted quickly. Then it just went downhill from thereon. The room we chose supposedly had garden views. We had a view of the roof of the restaurant! We treated ourselves to a balcony room with jacuzzi. This never worked properly and the temperature often went up to 41C. The fans did not work properly either. So that was a waste of money. One afternoon whilst sitting on the bed it suddenly collapsed! These problems were reported to the reception and Tui rep. The bed was fixed but the chap who came to "fix" the jacuzzi admitted it was not working correctly. A few days before we were to go home, the air conditioning broke. We were trying to sleep in temperatures of 27+C. This was also reported several times and we asked for a fan. We received this but it made very little difference. The hotel said the fault was on our side of the hotel as the air conditioning unit had broken and "it had only happened that morning". It had actually started a couple of days beforehand. This went on for 3-4 days. Other people reported this too and the Tui rep recorded our names and room numbers. We reported all of these problems to the ATOL protected company as well as Tui with relevant photos. They replied to us several times with no compensation and blatantly called us liars!! The air conditioning problem did not break according to the hotel. However, I took the opportunity of taking a picture of the new air con unit being delivered and dropped off on the roof top! The hotel was supposed to have contacted us regarding the complaints but they never did. Having the ATOL protected on your holiday is a waste of time because they won't help you. If you want to further the complaint you have to pay for it!

A lovely stay
Lovely hotel, staff are very friendly and facilities are great.
One of the Best places to stay!
We had an incredible time at the resort. Karim and Mohamed (2x) were amazing and super sweet. Accommodating and interactive. We will definitely be back to Marrakech to see all of them again. It feels like home!
Perfect little getaway.
Perfect for a 4 night break. The hotel is lovely, clean and very central. The food is stunning and the attention to detail is fabulous. Staff are friendly and cannot do enough for you. Always beds available as there are lots in the gardens. We had a room with a Juliette balcony that over looked the back of the hotel so not great but we were only there for a few nights. The hotel is a sanctuary of calm on a very busy city. Lovely to hear the mosque calling for prayer. Check in was quite slow but the attention to detail was there. We will absolutely be back.
