The hotel, which opened in 2008, combines a traditional setting with the most modern installations. It has 260 rooms distributed in 13 Ryads, all of which offer wonderful views of the garden or the 1,200 m² swimming pool area or the Atlas Mountain. The hotel, with its 5 meeting rooms, is also the perfect venue for congresses and conventions. The lounge bar is the ideal spot to enjoy a drink in a relaxing atmosphere with live music. Younger guests are sure to enjoy the kids' club. All the roomes come with an en suite bathroom with a relaxing tub, hairdryer, a complimentary assortment of amenities, a minibar, TV, individually regulated air conditioning, an in-room safe, telephone and a terrace or balcony overlooking the swimming pool or gardens. The hotel has 2 tennis courts, a volleyball court, a soccer field, a field for playing petanca or French bowls, and several ping-pong tables. The hotel has a 1,200 m² spa, which offers a variety of beauty and health care treatments. The Darkoum restaurant offers an international buffet with a sumptuous array of all kinds of dishes. *Sauna, hammam and massages have an extra cost.

You're sure to appreciate the recreational amenities, which include 2 outdoor swimming pools, outdoor tennis courts and a health club. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and babysitting (surcharge). Guests can catch a ride to nearby destinations on the local area shuttle (surcharge).
We arrived at the complex about 4 hours before check in and we were allowed to use the amenities until check in time, our bags were in a manned baggage area until we needed them and then a porter will take them to the room for you. When we got to the room we found it to be clean and of a decent size, it had a double bed, 2 single beds, bath and shower. The room had a fridge and a safe and decent air conditioning. The pool is massive, with a separate small kids pool and a separate pool for all the daily acivities/games. Entertainment staff are great and try to get everyone involved without pressuring people. There are loads of sunbeds and we're available until about 9am or 10am and even then there are still beds available but it will be whatever is left. Food was really good, there was something different every day although there was some repetitive food, there was plenty of salads and fresh bread rolls. Evening entertainment was OK but not great. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our week there and would recommend a visit.
Just got back from a 4 night stay. Hotel was great,staff were brilliant and entertainment staff were not pushy. Food was good,always found something to eat. My only gripe is no tea making facilities in room and we are early risers and you couldnt get a cup of tea until the restaurant opens at 7.30am and the the hot water urn was cold as it had only just been turned on so couldn't get a cuppa until about 8am. Also no white rum. I would come back if they sorted out the tea making facilities. The rooms are very dated but that never bothered us as we were only in it over night the rest of the time we were sunning it by the pool.
My 24th time in September and going back for my 25th time in a couple of weeks and I can’t wait 👍👍 Every member of staff are so friendly and make sure my stay is 100% welcome always 👍👍😎😎
I thought I would let you know the poorest customer this hotel has . I have a list of issues i have encountered and perhaps this is just an example -
For basis need - for drinking water - yes drinking water.
I have to ask the receptionist . Which 1 out 100 times phones are not answered. They are closed during night hours .
You ask the person who comes around for cleaning rooms , they tell you to contact reception area .
This is 2nd of my next days here , so sure the list is going to be bigger Regards

Just spent five nights at this hotel and after reading some of the reviews, I was worried but I'm glad to say that I needn't have been.
Whilst it definitely isn't what I'd consider a 4 star resort, I only paid 3 star prices so that is to be expected. The pool area was clean, with plenty of sunbeds to choose from. The Animation team were energetic without being in your face and if you didn't want to join in, they didn't pressure you to do so. The room was pretty basic and could probably do with updating but we didn't spend much time there and it was clean and air-conditioned which is exactly what we needed it to be.
The buffet had something for everyone and was very much like every other All Inc buffet I have been too. I did miss getting a mid-morning snack but my waistline didn't so maybe that's a blessing! Cocktails were drinkable and the beer was San Miguel so we didn't have any issues there except there was no white rum or brandy. We made do with others but that may bother some people. Neither of us tried the wine.
The one real negative for us was that there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room and nowhere to get one before the restaurant opened at 7:30. For us early risers who enjoy a cuppa first thing, it was a pain and by the time we got to breakfast, we were parched! If we came here again, I'd definitely pack the travel kettle!
