Pool

Morocco has so much to offer and the people seemed really appreciative of tourists.  This is only going to improve in years to come. 
The hotel was clean and staff very attentive and interested in what you have been doing and welcoming feedback. 
The entertainment team work incredibly hard day and night. Sam and the team were very friendly. 
Khamal the slide guy was great and always chatted with us. 
The food was repetitive but alway had chips for the fussy eaters. Daily bbq with sausages or fish. Daily tagine dishes and a live cooking station for stir fry. 
All inclusive drinks ok. Good choice of cocktails and spirits. Not always cold though.  Brahim and Samir are great barman. 
Hotel is a short walk from a shopping mall with a range of fast food places. 
Medina is 10 minutes in a taxi (we paid 70dhms each way). 
10 minutes walk to train station and bus terminal and about 10 minutes taxi to airport (200dhms set price taxi driver said, 5 people, grand taxi). 
We felt very welcome in Marrakesh and Morocco. Our first visit and won’t be the last.

Very welcoming and friendly

I was a little worried after reading some bad reviews but we had a lovely time here. All guests were friendly. All staff were polite and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Room was cleaned and towels changed daily (no tips necessary). The WiFi was VERY good. The food was nice with lots of choice and local dishes but became a little repetitive. The water slides were good fun. Sun beds went quickly but we always managed to find a couple free. There was a small basketball area with a basic hoop (ask staff for a ball). The lifeguards around the pools were very vigilant. The evening entertainment started quite late each night but was well worth the wait. The animation team put a lot of effort in to some very artistic performances. We had a great stay here.

The staff are very friendly, polite and welcoming. Some reviews say they favour the French but it is their first choice language, but the hospitality was second to none.

Great holiday place

Excellent service, spotlessly clean . Very friendly staff and lovely food . We came all inclusive from Yorkshire and can't fault anything so far. Would definitely come again. There are a couple of worn areas in the hotel, but it is constantly being cleaned. If we have needed anything,  the staff will see to it straight away in a friendly manner.

I recently stayed at one of the resorts booked through your esteemed agency with my wife, who is currently battling cancer. Our holiday, which was supposed to be a much-needed break, turned into a nightmare due to the poor services provided by the resort staff.

Despite the challenging circumstances we are facing, the resort staff demonstrated a shocking lack of empathy and compassion. One incident that particularly stood out was when my wife requested an extra bottle of water due to her medical condition, and this simple request was callously denied by the resort staff. This negligence and lack of basic human decency have left us feeling deeply upset and disillusioned.

As a customer who has always trusted Love Holiday for providing quality services, I am reaching out to you in the hope that something can be done to address this situation. It is essential that all holidaymakers, especially those facing health challenges, are treated with respect and kindness to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Absolutely horrible services provided

The 302 rooms Labranda Rose Aqua Parc is the unique hotel located in the city center of Marrakesh in the Hivernage district featuring an aqua park.
