The 302 rooms Labranda Rose Aqua Parc is the unique hotel located in the city center of Marrakesh in the Hivernage district featuring an aqua park. It is a destination in itself offering a wide selection of restaurants and bars from a classic International dining experience to the wonderful culinary offerings Morocco is blessed with having. On the recreation side, the Labranda Rose Aqua Parc is equipped with all sorts of leisure facilities. As a guest, you will have the chance to take a splash at the aqua park slides and attractions, plunge in the refreshing outdoor pool or enjoy the sun while having a drink poolside. The SPA with its indoor heated pool offers all sorts of wellness treatments. The Labranda Rose Aqua Parc is more than a temple of relaxation and recreation though. The more active guests can also enjoy their athletic lifestyle at the gym.
Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages. You can take advantage of recreational amenities such as a nightclub, a water park (surcharge) and a health club. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and an arcade/games room.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
On arrival at 10:30am, hotel reception was very unhelpful, don’t speak good English. Didn’t get our incisive bands until 12, we were hot tired and thirsty. Got my room and it wasn’t cleaned. Also no kettle in the room. Main bathroom in hotel, 2 out of 3 sinks never worked. Nor did the 1 hand dryer. There was an awful stench throughout the hotel like pain stripper, mad me gag and feel lightheaded.
The entertainment was awful, the animation team only spoke in french throughout, same music every evening and silly childish games all night with the dj shouting again in French. Clearly this hotel should not be aimed for British, only French. Snack bar by the aqua park you have to pay for…even tho it’s all inclusive…same as another bar on site…why? Lifts are dodgy, got stuck in one and had to prise the door open to escape, staff in reception saw this and done nothing.
Food was nice but the same literally every day. Afternoon brunch was leftovers from breakfast and lunch. Female waitress in the morning was interrogating us when we were leaving to give them a tip…made to feel uncomfortable, male waiters in the afternoon/evening over familiar asking to meet me….again made me feel very uncomfortable. Never saw an easyJet rep not once. This hotel should not be market towards the British, there is clearly a divide with the staff for the French. I would not recommend this hotel if you’re from the uk.
Great hotel. The food was very good with lots of variety each night. The amination team were amazing super friendly. This hotel has a variety of activities in both the day and evening.
Animation team good especially Rachid who immediately welcomed us and talked to us in English although they usually speak in French. Thanks to Rachid and all the team.
Animation very good especially Rachid who was always welcoming us and talking to us in English although most of the animation is in French. Animation try their best to make the shows nice. Hotel is good and nice just the food no variety. Thanks to all animation team for their hard work especially Rachid.
Had a wonderful holiday, Jiji and her team made us feel so happy and welcome. Lovely hotel, food was brilliant
