This was one of the worst experiences I've had. The hotel's operational management was extremely poor and didn't meet the standards of a luxury 5-star hotel, making my experience at this beautiful place an unforgettable one. I hope the owners and investors will review the hotel's situation to prevent it from deteriorating further.
The hotel is truly stunning, from the ambiance, decor, outstanding facilities, room comfort, over the top customer service, food & beverages and prime location, its unbeatable. We are a family of 4 with two teenager sons and had plenty of things to do. We all agreed that this is one of the most stunning hotels we have ever stayed.
