Too notch service in such a beautiful place
La Mamounia is truly a special hotel and an experience we will always remember. The architectural beauty of the property is breathtaking—from the intricate details and stunning interiors to the magnificent gardens, every corner feels elegant, authentic, and beautifully maintained.
What impressed us most, however, was the exceptional level of service. The people working throughout the property are genuinely warm, gracious, and attentive. There is a true sense of hospitality here, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for.
We also absolutely loved seeing the cats throughout the property and, even more importantly, seeing how well they are cared for. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming detail that added even more charm and character to the hotel.
La Mamounia combines extraordinary architecture, beautiful surroundings, impeccable service, and genuinely wonderful people. A world-class hotel in every sense and a place we would happily return to.

Special experience
I looked forward to doing this review because this was such a great experience. It is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The gardens and grounds are great and the decor is spectacular. Also, the rooms are comfortable and it has a nice gym. Finally, the food at the itialian restuarant was really amazing. Only thing to note. In our room there is a peak-a-boo wall where you see into the bathroom from the room. If you don't like that, see if they have a room that isnt set up like that.
The most stunning hotel in Marrakech
The hotel is truly stunning, from the ambiance, decor, outstanding facilities, room comfort, over the top customer service, food & beverages and prime location, its unbeatable. We are a family of 4 with two teenager sons and had plenty of things to do. We all agreed that this is one of the most stunning hotels we have ever stayed.
