Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Excellent service, lovely staff, they always went the extra mile. The kitchen staff also did an amazing job, rivalling the best restaurants in the city. It is a very peaceful and quiet place, and the rooms are kept cool. Everything inside feels distinctly Moroccan, echoing the palace and Madrasa. The Hammam service offered here is recommended. It is only a short walk from the Medina, and it was very easy to get back to. The place is kept very clean, and the price is absolutely reasonable for the quality of the stay that we had.
We stayed here for two days and what a welcome we received! Loren and his team went out of their way to make our stay special. My reading glasses broke during our stay, and one of the team even went out to get them repaired for me — such thoughtful and personal service.
The rooms were beautiful, with lots of lovely little touches, including oils, lotions and other amenities that you don’t always find.
The ground-floor plunge pool was a good size and big enough to have a proper swim, and the rooftop terrace was huge — a wonderful space to relax and enjoy the sunshine.
We would highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone visiting Marrakech. The hospitality and attention to detail were exceptional, and we would definitely return.
The staff were excellent from the cleaners to the Hotel Manager , I lost my passport in Marrakesh off the hotel grounds and the manager made it his personal mission to not stop until we found it he took me all around the city until we found it and wouldn’t charge me for the transport , the hospitality was amazing couldn’t praise the team enough .
Absolutely brilliant stay here for 3 nights. The staff are 10/10 and are so helpful and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful and has so many gorgeous Moroccan touches throughout. Was lovely to experience a traditional Moroccan breakfast each morning as well. Definitely recommend. Thank you so much. :)
The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is situated in the Medina and is accessible by taxi and close to the Bahia Palace. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with everything you need. The food in the restaurant was very good but no alcohol served in thisd hotel. Breakfasts were very enjoyable with lots to eat and drink.
