Each pleasant yet stylish room, is fully air conditioned which is ideal for cooling off having spent the day within the warm Moroccan sunshine; you will also have a desk area, flat screen satellite TV, high speed Wi-Fi, tea/coffee making facilities, a mini bar and safety deposit box.
The hotel features all the amenities you would expect with three large swimming pools, Wi-Fi in public areas (at a fee) and a luxurious spa that offers a wide range of treatments. 5 night stay with Family
I'm leaving my review on all sites as I believe people should be made aware, this is not a 5* star hotel. Cons: Food was great at the beginning of the holiday but by the last day we were served uncooked meat. Clearly raw meat. The bedroom was nice but no security, sliding doors had a broken lock. I had to use my tweezers on the one available screw on the lock hinge, just for a sense of security. Bidet was also leaking in the bathroom, despite reporting it, maintenance did not show up during the stay. I requested bedding be changed twice and both requests were ignored during our stay. Rooms werent cleaned correctly, fridges not updated at all throughout stay. Pool staff including lifeguards were concerning as they didn't seem to be keeping on top of their job roles, instead focusing on tanning. The pool security guard was amazing, when present. Several broken tiles in the pool leading to several people being hurt including myself & family. Alcoholic drinks weren't the best but it kept us hydrated.
Positives: Hotel staff are lovely, they gave person centred care, remebering childrens names & faces while overwhelmed with so much tasks. It goes to show how grear of a team they are. The El Dorado Entertainment team were also brilliant. The activities for adults & kids offered were really good and interactive. The entertainment team made the holiday. Food was great most of the time, only on the last day of our stay did the standards slip. The dining area can get quite busy but the amazing dining staff all tries their hardest to ensure everyone was seated and served in some way. All in all it was a good holiday with a few faults.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic family holiday!
We have just returned from a lovely stay at the Kenzi Club Agdal Medina and had a fantastic family holiday. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning grounds, lovely pools and plenty to keep both adults and children entertained.
The entertainment team were amazing and worked so hard throughout the day and evening, always creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed the Moroccan hospitality.
The restaurant staff were particularly kind and helpful, always welcoming us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. The food was great, with plenty of delicious choices available, so there was always something for everyone to enjoy.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the grounds were always lovely to walk around. The pool areas were great, and there was always something to do.
We really enjoyed our time in Marrakech and made some amazing memories as a family. Thank you to everyone at Kenzi Club Agdal Medina for helping to make our holiday so special. We would definitely recommend it to families looking for a fun and relaxing holiday in Marrakech! 🇲🇦❤️

I wouldn’t say this is a 5 star resort at all. The rooms are barely cleaned and had to request housekeeping so many times to just clean the room to a good standard.
Please note they do not provide any amenities for the room such a slippers, robes, dental kits. To be honest we had to ask for shower gel to be topped up.
We’ve stayed in other 5 star resorts in Marrakesh and this is definitely 3 or 4.
The pools are mainly for kids and it’s very hard to relax and the only relaxing one they charge for it in the spa.
The snack bar has absolutely nothing to eat apart from leftovers.
I wouldn’t recommend.

4 day break was nothing but amazing from start to finish staff were excellent nothing to much trouble and friendly and entertainment was great we will return
