Our second visit to this hotel and it did not disappoint. Our rooms were spotless and opposite the private pool which was lovely. The animation team were all fabulous, especially Loco, and kept us entertained day and night. The food was nice with lots of choice and some themed evenings. Fatima looked after us every evening, making sure we had everything we needed. We will be back again!
We stayed in this lovely resort for a two week holiday in September. The room was comfortable, spacious and very clean. Cleaning staff worked really hard and were always cheerful friendly and efficient. The air conditioning was very good and much needed as the weather was hot and sunny. The reception staff were very friendly and welcomed us on arrival. When we needed advice and guidance they were always helpful and professional The restaurant was very good, with a good selection of food with a variety of choice. The staff were excellent and were always there to help. The entertainment team were excellent, without exception. I could name individual team members but in reality they were all great. The bar staff were generally busy but generally cheerful and helpful. All in all we had a great time and will certainly be going back. Thanks to all at Kenzi Madena Brian and Lynn
A lovely break away with friends. We were lucky enough to be given a room by the small, almost private pool ( Riad La Roseraire) All other Riads have courtyards so if you can book this one, I’d definitely recommend it. The rooms were cleaned daily and staff were always friendly and welcoming. We always found something to eat - the pizzas were amazing! The alcoholic drinks weren’t the best but water and soft drinks were provided in bottles in the restaurants whenever you asked for them. This was booked as a 5 star hotel but we were realistic with our expectations considering what we’d paid. It isn’t on par with other 5 star hotels we’ve stayed in across Europe but it was still most enjoyable and great value for money. We didn’t use the à la carte restaurants as we didn’t agree with paying for drinks on top in an all inclusive hotel, the food in the buffet was more than adequate. We booked a Hot Air Balloon ride- definitely worth the early start, and we visited Kabana Rooftop Restaurant and Bar, this was lovely too. We used Ubers but had a couple of glitches due to the signal in a built up area and the eSIM we needed to use but the driver was happy to take cash instead. We had a lovely few days in the sun, relaxed, ate well and enjoyed our new experiences.

We just returned from a wonderful 7-day stay at this resort in Morocco and I can't recommend it enough. From start to finish, everything was absolutely top notch.
The staff were incredible - so friendly, attentive and always smiling. The food was outstanding with so much choice, and the a la carte restaurants were a real highlight - truly restaurant quality. Entertainment was fantastic every night, never a dull moment. Our room and the whole resort was spotlessly clean, the location is perfect, and the shuttle bus service was super convenient and always on time.
A special mention to the Hotel Manager Mr. Fouad Oorijate - what a lovely, professional gentleman. He gave us his personal WhatsApp number at check-in and told us to message him with any issue. We did a couple of times and he resolved everything straightaway. That level of personal service is rare and really appreciated.
My only small complaint would be the spa. Unfortunately it was the worst spa experience I've ever had. The therapist was a young, unqualified girl who clearly didn't know what she was doing. It was disappointing compared to the 5-star standard everywhere else in the hotel.
But honestly, apart from the spa, everything else was perfect. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable holiday and will definitely be coming back. Thank you to Mr. Fouad and all the amazing team!
