The hotel was amazing. All the staff were so friendly.  They couldn't do any more for me. They were all amazing 
Rachid and Hamza kitchen staff . They were really helpful.  I lost my voice.  They were making me honey and lemon 🍋 for free to help me. They were even happy to bring the drinks all the way up to my room. I had such laughs in the hotel. The food is amazing.  Its really clean. Smells beautiful.  The spar treatment was amazing.  Everyone was very good at their job. They all went above and beyond.  I would even go there alone to stay in future because I feel that safe there and welcomed. Everyone talks to the guests. Soukaina the manager is very glamorous.  She looks amazing.  Very classy . Lovely lady. Can't do enough for you. She always speaks very softly and will always try to solve anything you need. Best manager and staff I've ever known . Le Kesh I will be back . Thanks so much 👌

Absolutely 💯

Average hotel, not wow, breakfast isn’t too bad could be better. Rooms are big and basic had a street view so could hear all the cars drive by. Overall just an average hotel with basic amenities, if you have a car there’s limited car parking spots.

Average Hotel, wouldn’t say it’s 4 star

I recently stayed at Kech hotel and had one of the worst experiences ever. The staff was incredibly rude, particularly a man named Yasin, who was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout my stay. 

The photos online are extremely misleading. The rooms are basic at best, with none of the advertised amenities or comfort. It's clear that they aim to squeeze every penny out of you. They don't allow visitors or friends to come over, which was very inconvenient.

The WiFi is painfully slow, making it impossible to get any work done or even enjoy some downtime with streaming services. The customer service is abysmal—they simply cannot cater to their guests' needs. I felt ignored and disrespected throughout my stay.

Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere. Kech hotel is not worth your time or money. DO NOT GO HERE!

Extremely Disappointing Experience

The hotel is okay.
The staff are TERRIBLE. I have a list of many issues:
- The first night we stayed, they did not tell us that they have a stupid rule of no shop bought food or drink to be brought into the hotel. In 42°c degree heat we bought a 6 pack of water from a local shop to use throughout the week, when we entered the hotel they took it off us whilst laughing at us and acting as if we were crazy for bringing water in. The staff were sarcastic and arrogant. Might I add the 6 pack of water costed 28 Moroccan Dirhams, whereas in the hotel one bottle of water is 35 Moroccan Dirhams.

- The rooms were supposed to be cleaned every day, however at one point of our stay we waited 3 days to have the room cleaned and we asked every day around 3 times each day to get it cleaned, and no one came. They also lied trying to tell me that we had a Do Not Disturb sign on our door which is why it wasn’t cleaned which is completely false. We didn’t touch our Do Not Disturb sign once.

- We also waited 4 hours to use the shower as the plug got stuck and we had to ask about 3 times throughout that period for someone to come fix it as we got told 10 more minutes every time we went down to reception. It could have been quickly fixed but they made us wait.

- The staff members knocked our door at 10:30 pm asking if we wanted new towels, which wasn’t an issue for us but if we were asleep or had we been a family with kids who were sleeping it would have been very annoying and inconvenient.

- The same staff member the next day proceeded to enter our room without knocking whilst my partner and I were naked. He was apologetic but who the hell does that?

Overall, the hotel was an alright hotel, it could have been slightly more modern and the food was average.

The staff were the ones who ruined our stay.  They are sarcastic arrogant and they talk down to you as a guest. Extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming.

 Would not stay here again.

The hotel, unfortunately, does not meet the standard of a 4-star establishment, in my opinion. It likely received its rating based on Moroccan standards, which differ from what I'm accustomed to. I would rate it between 2 and 3 stars.
I will give it to whoever designed the website as they an amazing job advertising what’s not there. The pool and some facilities look nothing like it. 

The staff are weird (excuse my language), not friendly and give cold reception. They look and talk to you as though you’re bothering them. The only good staff are the ones opening the door.

The room was underwhelming, lacking basic amenities such as a kettle for tea or coffee. Our request for an iron went unfulfilled. Water pressure was extremely low, making it difficult to use the facilities. The shower temperature fluctuated constantly, offering little comfort.
We were still sweating in bed with the AC on as it’s not strong. 

The breakfast options were disappointing, leading me to skip the meal on the second and third days. The pastries and bread were stale, and the overall food quality was poor. The hotel's policy of not allowing outside food was inconvenient especially when the food they provide is limited and not that great.

While daily housekeeping is a positive, the staff often entered the room without prior notice after a single knock.

The pool water was consistently cold, making it uncomfortable to swim in certain areas. Guests tended to crowd the sunlit parts of the pool, leaving limited space for others.
