Nestled at the very heart of Marrakech's palm oasis, the hotel is located just 13 km from the Koutoubia Mosque and famous Djemaa el Fna square. Menara Airport is 15 km away. Surrounded by the peaceful gardens of olive and palm trees extending over 4 hectares, the complex blends modern architecture and traditional Moroccan elements. The sumptuously decorated rooms and suites offer incredible views over a sparkling pool, the artificial lake and the magnificent Atlas Mountains. Guests will be taken by flavourful dishes served at 2 restaurants. Afterwards they may have a drink from one of the on-site bars. The youngest ones will delight in kids' club while adults pamper themselves at spa equipped with Hammam, sauna and gym. Further leisure facilities include outdoor pool, paddling pool, sun loungers, aerobics, badminton, tennis. Travellers arriving by car may avail for on-site parking.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Everything about this holiday was perfect food, staff, pools, entertainment. The only let down were rooms in need of updating, beds uncomfortable and really bad WiFi. First time here and will definitely go back as positives out way the negatives
We were taken back by the warmth as we first walked into the hotel. Greeted with warm hand towels and a refreshing, cold lemon drink.
Beautiful grounds, room.
Entertainment- a great team of entertainment. Dancers were amazing. Work hard!
Morrocsn restaurant- don't eat anything before! 5 courses!
Big suggestion- just print a menu card and leave on the table for diners to know what each course is. We were given a beef spring roll yet we opted for veg tagines.. the courses may be meat!
Restaurant food good, fresh but need more variety I think. At times, what I thought be a hot dish, was cold eg- the stuffed tomatoes with spinach and cheese.
We will definitely visit again.
I would usually wait until my holiday is over to write a review, but I feel like people need to know before booking. We arrived late at night with a 1yr old baby. The bus dropped us off on the side of a MAIN ROAD with all of our luggage!! They said the gate wasn't big enough for the bus and just drove off. It was a double gate and was definitely big enough. This is not the hotels fault it's a TUI issue and bus provider. Thankfully the security guard helped us carry the luggage to the reception, which isn't his job but we were very thankful after a long day travelling. Check in was as you would expect, luggage taken to room etc. When walking to the the room we did notice a few broken floor tiles on the way, not what you would expect from a 4* hotel. The next day we woke up to breakfast and staff were lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was as you would expect from a all inclusive. Good range of food, fruits and drinks. Towels for the pool is a nightmare! You have to pay a cash deposit for towels. (£10 a towel)Would be easier to charge the room. Half the towels have holes in so I doubt anyone would want to steal them. Pool area and gardens are well maintained but there's wasps EVERYWHERE!!! I will update further once my holiday is over, but for me to write a review on my first day it's not looking like a positive outcome!
Positives check in super easy staff very helpful room was ready early
Pools food drink cannot fault
So much entertainment going on day and night pools are great like a warm bath
Staff are so nice not not expecting a tip they help and walk away
Hotel very clean you could come with no toiletries as in room
Negatives Toilets around pool and reception need to be checked as often no toilet roll
Did not expect room tax but our fault
Don’t bother with Morocco restaurant we went and we had to ask for a drink and did not know about food it’s not good husband and son waited for tea and after 20 mins they left man came chasing after not good don’t bother
Yes we would go back ages 4 to 67 years but would not waste our time on Morocco restaurant…
We stayed for 5 days - a family of 2 adults and 4 teenagers.
The animation team did a fantastic job of getting everyone involved in activities and entertaining the whole family throughout the day - well done and thank you to the entire team.
The food was great - varied, well presented, and we particularly enjoyed the BBQ at lunchtime.
Rooms were large enough to accommodate 3 people in each room and the bathrooms were particularly spacious. Cleaned to a high standard every day.
The main pool was busy but we always managed to get a sunbed without having to reserve them at 6am! We didn’t visit the adult only pool but it looked like a nice place to escape the liveliness of the main pool if required.
One tip to make things even better - it would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
Overall every single member of our group had a lovely holiday and I would thoroughly recommend this hotel ☺️
