Had a really nice stay in the hotel especially with the animation team were very helpful and friendly with everyone, Tomi was really nice too
We booked this hotel for our babymoon and had really high hopes after staying in the same brand hotel in Agadir. However, we were really disappointed overall.
The hotel is not a 5*.
The food is poor for an all inclusive, very repetitive and the queues for the pasta station or any bbq style food were ridiculous. I wasn’t drinking but the cocktail and drink choices for my husband were poor.
We ended up eating out in Marrakech a few nights to ensure we had some decent meals.
The drinks by the pool bar were warm and there was always such a huge queue.
The al a carte restaurants available are in lovely locations with nice views of the golf course, but with fairly tasteless food.
The pool areas aren’t very clean and feel really crowded.
There is work being done around the pool and location of the hotel, we went for a walk when we first arrived and it felt like a deserted building site.
Pros: The rooms were always cleaned well and were really lovely. Great air con! The bus into the city was handy.
Would not recommend for a 5* holiday!
When we arrived to check in somebody took our passports and walked off without further explanation, I expected somebody to come up to us shortly after this, after ten minutes of waiting we decided to go up to the front desk and ask what was going on, we were told they were wondering where we had got to which left us confused. After this, the man at the front desk welcomed us and spoke to us about the hotel. He then told us to pay 500MAD with no clear explanation as to what it was for, when we asked he told us it was a deposit for the all inclusive and that when we checked out we would get it back. However, when we checked out we only received a total of 100MAD which was for something completely unrelated, when questioned if we were getting the 500MAD back we were told that it was tourist tax, which obviously left us confused as we were under the impression that it was a deposit, not a tax. Furthermore, on the second day we decided to book an uber to go into the city, we were waiting at the front of the hotel when, what i assume was a member of security, asked what we were doing, i showed him the phone and he lead me to another member of staff. After explaining what was going on she asked me why i was talking to her, which is when i explained what had happened, she then went and explained to the man what was happening. This shows complete miscommunication and honestly made me feel like leaving the hotel was wrong. The food, albeit me being a picky Brit, was okay. There was a good variation of different cuisines and a variety for most. It focused mainly on authentic Moroccan food, so if that's what you're after there's plenty. The rooms have working strong AC which was absolutely necessary because of the climate. Majority of staff were friendly and were always open to coming over and having a general chat. The general hotel feel was very couple orientated so do keep that in mind if coming solo/with friends.

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon 💕 This hotel exceeded all expectations after stays in other hotels! - Luxurious arrival; helped with our luggage, given mint tea, easy check in... Our room was amazing. They suprized us with rose petals 🥀 and swan towels 🦢 Spacious, clean and luxury decor.with balcony. Food is so plentiful; so many options (we went all inclusive). You cant go hungry or thirsty 🍍🥥 Top grade food/drinks. Then in the evenings there was entertainment every night 🎉 Poolside entertainment during the day. Plenty of activities! ⛳️ I used the spa for a pedicure & blowdry; ladies were exceptional. Stay here and you wont be disappointed! 👌 5 star service, 5 star rooms & bedding. 5 star food & drinks, 5 star facilities, pools, spa. Thanks so much for making our honeymoon so memorable 🥰💍 Soukran!! 👍
