Very nice staff, super interactive and friendly. Food can sometimes be a hit or miss. Freshly made pastries are 10/10. Highly recommend the Spa for their massages. Private taxi transfers to ensure safety while out and about, good value for money if big groups.
My boyfriend and I visited this hotel for a little break and we had the best time. Hamza, along with all the staff, were friendly and attentive and really made the experience. There are lots of activities to get involved in or space where you can just be left to relax. The hotel isn’t far from the medina and the complimentary shuttle is really helpful. The food is fantastic with a great selection to choose from. We had a fantastic stay and we will definitely be returning :).

Rooms - extremely clean, modern and spacious.
Food - gorgeous spread, you are in Morocco - it’s Moroccan food and there’s plenty of variety. No upset tummy’s !
Drinks - plenty of wine and bottled water. Other drinks are a little weak. There’s a smoothie bar by the pool where you can choose the fruit for your smoothie.
Pools - 3 pools, 8/10 they are not the cleanest or the dirtiest, could just do with a better filter I guess. We saw maintenance attending to the pools daily.
Staff - extremely friendly and attentive.
Transfer- we didn’t use the free shuttle to the city as an uber was only £8-10 each way.
Great family holiday of 5. Buffet food was excellent, lots of choice and good quality for all meals . This made up for the one thing that needs improving - the à la carte restaurants . Please make them as good as the buffet it can’t be that hard . The animation team were excellent. The 3 boys had a round of golf. One had never played before but the golf staff were excellent and all 3 came back buzzing . I would recommend this hotel even whilst the improve the à la carte restaurants as the buffet has this covered currently . Thank you for a great stay .
Lovely location, the decor is tired in parts but not put off by that .Food great and day and evening entertainment gang are amazing-so friendly and funny!
