Absolutely wonderful stay! The service was exceptional from start to finish, The meals were delicious, the drinks were excellent, and everything was beautifully presented.
All of the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay special. Nothing was too much trouble.
A truly relaxing and enjoyable experience — we would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel!

Faycal is who you want!! He is the best!
Faycac was wonderful!!! We had the best experience! All the staff was great and we will be back. Be sure to order the lamb it comes out on fire. Treated so well from the moment we walked into the door until desert! Highly recommend this restaurant!
Beautiful resort with top level service
Fantastic hotel with highest level service. Customer service at this resort was just amazing, every member of staff deserves the credit to making our experience at fairmont amazing. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Food is amazing, portions are big Plenty of space by pools. Spa is lovely with a womens only pool inside. Olympic pool for general use within the spa, adults only. Onsite gym and hairdressers and Barbers which is a plus. Cycles to hire and you can ride around the resort, tennis courts you can book by the hour as well which was fun. Lovely atmosphere and great views of the atlas mountains.
