Eden Andalou Aquapark and Spa

What a beautiful hotel, the setting, the pools and traditional style buildings are really something to enjoy. So many trees and wildlife around. Lots of birds which I really enjoyed.

The food is amazing, I did however notice a chef in the middle zone serving Tagine, try the food with a serving spoon and then re use that spoon to serve with. Other than that, the food is very tasty with a wide range to suit everyone. The puddings are some of the best I’ve ever had on an all inclusive.

The staff are incredible, especially the bar and restaurant staff. Some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. My children loved speaking to them and high fiving them everyday. They remembered our drinks before we even asked and knew where we liked to sit. With a high chair already set up for our little one.

Very clean hotel, clean towels in our room everyday. Witnessed the floors and hand rails, toilets etc constantly being cleaned.

The only negatives are, the lack of advertising for the few hrs that ice cream is available, it’s not the best either, soft scoop in a pot with two choices of flavours.

They really do have a lot of bees, I mean a lot. It doesn’t bother some people but I become worried they’d sting my 2 year old as I witnessed many children being stung. It’s fine if people drink their drinks fast and take them back to the bar. If you leave sweet drinks around you’ll have a swarm of bees around you.

The entertainment is quite bad, it’s not the staffs fault as I noticed the same staff run the children’s clubs, work at the pools, run the mini disco and then try and do the evening entertainment, all day everyday like they don’t get a break? I feel there is a real lack of budget or consideration been put into the evening entertainment compared to other hotels I have stayed at with the same star rating. My 2 year old liked the mini disco, but my 7 and 11 year olds ended up playing games on my phone and colouring in (which is not what you want on holiday).

Overall I feel this is a good hotel to visit, the pros out way the cons. Not sure if I’d return purely because we got bored in the evenings.

We came to Morocco for the first time , my family and I were so excited for this trip , I’m not gonna lie , it wasn’t as good as we thought it would be , First , the weather is so hot , can’t blame the hotel tho ! , The animation is boring and some members stick to you in order to write a review so they can take a picture, which is unprofessional, If I want to write a review I would write it myself, The food is not too bad , we tried both a la carte restaurant and the Moroccan one was good , not sure about the Asian one , So greedy , The pools are large , water park outdated, Rooms as well , The Service is good , Kind friendly, I made some friends there , The guest relations Umeima , she is the Best none English speaker I have ever met , u can’t tell she is not native . ali and abde at the bar they’re amazing , The girl at the towel spot. I gave 4 starts because we enjoyed our selves, Wasn’t the best but we had fun , and Umeima thank you , Next time I’ll bring my Parents as I promised.
