Eden Andalou Aquapark and Spa

The hotel is very close to the airport which made the transfer very easy. It is a beautiful hotel, very relaxing, the staff are friendly and helpful at every point from the second you arrive. The rooms are big and clean, they have bottled water, an iron, and all shower products you need. We went to the water park which was great for my teenagers, and there was a smaller pool my youngest enjoyed. There is only 2 things that would potentially prevent us from coming back. One would be the towels reserving the sun beds. My youngest is disabled so we couldn’t always get to the pool very early, but even around 8am ish we went down and every single sun beds was taken with barely anyone in the pool. The whole holiday we only got a sun bed once - just one bed, the rest of the time we had to put our stuff on a wall. The other thing is I found the evening entertainment a bit disappointing. The mini disco was just 2 or 3 songs/dances and then you have to find where the other entertainment is happening in another room. On previous holidays my children have been begging to stay out later but this holiday they was happy having early nights. I want to give special credit to the photographer on site - they offer to take your photos and it’s up to you if you want to buy them or not. We had a photoshoot done in the gardens and another at the pool, we just did it for fun to be honest but when we went to see the photos they was amazing! And so cheap to buy, so we ended up buying a bunch of them, the photographers were so friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at Delta Hotel Eden & Aloud in Marrakech and would highly recommend it, especially for families looking for an all-inclusive experience.

The food was one of the biggest highlights. There was an excellent variety available throughout the stay, with plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The quality was consistently very good, and there was always something different to enjoy, meaning we never felt bored with the selection.

The staff were exceptional from start to finish. From the friendly and helpful bell boys to the restaurant staff, reception team and kids' entertainment team, everyone was welcoming, polite and genuinely made us feel valued. The children's entertainment was particularly good and helped make the holiday enjoyable for the whole family.

Our room was spacious, comfortable and, most importantly, exceptionally clean. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout our stay.

Overall, Delta Hotel Eden & Aloud provided us with a brilliant family holiday. Great food, fantastic staff, clean and comfortable rooms and plenty to keep both adults and children entertained. We would happily return and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to other families visiting Marrakech.

From the moment I arrived, I experienced an exceptional level of service. We were constantly in contact, and their kindness, energy and attention made the experience even more special. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Mr. Mehdi Chaoui, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. After meeting him, it is no surprise to me that he has such exceptional teams around him. Great leadership creates great teams. Marriott Éden Andalu Marrakech is truly a reference in Marrakech when it comes to hospitality, service and the art of making guests feel special.
