Surrounded by beautiful Andalusian-style landscaped gardens, this hotel enjoys magnificent views to the Atlas mountain range. Downtown Marrakesh can be reached within a 20 minutes' drive. Menara - Marrakech Airport is only 5 km away. A perfect place for couples and families with children. It perfectly combines wonderful Moorish architecture based on palaces of the tenth century with twenty-first century amenities. Features include an adjacent fantastic water park, as well as a relaxing spa area. Some restaurant and all Spa services are with supplement. The suites feature modern decor and include appliances and a bathroom inside.
Just spent a week here in September. Hotel is clean with a strong Moroccan theme. Rooms are large and kept nice and clean/tidy by the staff, with strong air con.
All inclusive package is reasonable with most standard drinks available, wines, beers, mixers, cocktails. Medium sized buffet with definitely better than average all inclusive food, although maybe worth noting for the brits that you won’t get any pork bacon/sausages here. There’s options for all tastes from lesser known Moroccan dishes to chicken and chips/pasta on every day. Two restaurant visits were included in our stay, both were good though the Moroccan restaurant was best.
The evening bar was a highlight for us. The team there are very attentive, particularly Ali, who introduced himself early in our stay and looked after us excellently every time we went.
Pool area is really nice, friendly staff, aqua gym is good fun and it’s never too busy. There were enough loungers, although it’s best to get out and reserve one with a towel before about 9am if you want poolside. Was made to feel very welcome by the guy who wears the England shirt and runs most activities (sorry I didn’t catch a name) and Yacine (apologies on spelling) behind the bar.
The gym here is a strong point, decent cardio options, lots of strength training machines and free weights. Although it can get a bit warm in there.
Spa treatments are also really good considering the prices and range of treatments available.
Only went to the water park once, although it’s obviously aimed more at kids. This wasn’t as premium feeling as the main hotel complex, but the slides are good fun and the staff are a good laugh.
Overall the hotel creates a nice closed off feeling oasis-like vibe that’s entertaining and safe for couples or families.
My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in September. We had a very warm welcome and everything was explained to us from food serving times to pool opening times etc on our arrival. Our bags were kindly taken up to the room for us. The hotel building is very nice, beautiful architecture and the chandeliers and stained glass windows are gorgeous, particularly in the evening bar (shout out to the staff working this bar - really nice people). Rooms are very spacious and the bed was sooo comfortable (and BIG!)! We had cleaning every day and entered into a towel making exchange with our cleaner which was fun, we couldn't wait to go back up to our room in the afternoons to see what they had made for us in return for ours :) Only negative was we couldn't use the balcony after returning to our room after sunbathing as there was a bonfire nearby (not sure if hotel or not?) which happened every day we were there. Main pool is very big - pictures are accurate - lovely to swim in and very pretty. Lovely seating areas to one side too if you're after some shade. We didn't use the other pool but it was popular with the kids (think its graduated so shallower). Bar serving drinks from 10am to 6pm. 6 cocktail choices, mocktails, beer wine and water. People do reserve sunbeds but there always seemed to be some available. The Aqua park was a nice addition, accessible through a short tunnel. Soft drinks available on the AI. On the Saturday there was a pool party which was good fun. Darts, archery, etc all laid on by the animation team who were great. Evening entertainment was OK but could be improved - quiz night was fun and interactive. But could definitely be ramped up a bit seeing as there isn't much outside of the hotel. Food was good, lots of choice, and there is self-serve soft drinks. The only let down here was the lack of attention from staff. They were polite and there were a couple who would come over and ask if you wanted a drink, but on the whole if you wanted wine or beer you had to wave someone over and ask for it, or if you were done with dinner and went to get dessert, there would often be no spare cutlery on the table for this so you had to go in search for some or ask again. Just felt that compared to other 5 star hotels we have stayed in, staff could have been more attentive. The hotel offers a free shuttle into the city and back which we took advantage of and pick up/drop off were on time. We had a look round the souks (you aren't hassled to buy anything, some people ask if you want to look at their items, a polite no is all it takes and they leave you alone). All in all, we had a nice relaxing break, and if we were to return to the area we would stay at this hotel again.
Beautiful hotel, the food was delicious with a great variety catering to all tastes. Hotel staff are all friendly helpful and welcoming. I had a great stay but would not return due to terrible evening entertainment. The live band sounds like they’re playing at a wake , barely nobody ventured downstairs where they had karaoke etc. the room is hot. Chairs arranged like a conference room, no tables and dated.
Our stay at Eden Andalou was absolutely fantastic and genuinely exceeded our expectations. I have travelled extensively and stayed in many hotels across different countries, but the level of hospitality, professionalism and genuine care we experienced here was exceptional. What truly makes this hotel special is its wonderful staff.
From the moment we arrived, the reception team were incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional.
A very special mention must go to Duty Manager Yahya, who was simply outstanding. Every day, he took the time to check that our holiday was going well and that we were happy and enjoying our stay. Yahya is warm, helpful, professional and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have the best possible experience. His attention to detail and, importantly, his follow-through were exemplary. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. He genuinely cared about our experience and played a huge part in making our holiday so memorable. He is an exceptional ambassador for the hotel.
Soufiam, the Front Office Manager, was also an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was consistently helpful, professional and approachable, with excellent customer-service skills. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and valued.
A huge thank you also to Jumainma and the other two lovely ladies in Guest Relations. They regularly approached us to ask how our holiday was going and whether there was anything they could do to make our stay even better. Their sincerity, professionalism and wonderful way with people really stood out. They are fantastic at what they do.
The restaurant teams also deserve enormous recognition. The staff work tirelessly to make sure every guest enjoys their dining experience. The chefs and cooks do an amazing job — the food we enjoyed throughout our stay was beautifully presented, delicious and prepared to an excellent standard.
A special thank you to all the professional waiters and servers, particularly Fagi (the tall gentleman!), who looked after us so well at mealtimes. Your friendliness, attentiveness and wonderful service were greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!
To the lovely housekeeping team who cleaned our room — thank you! Our room was always beautifully looked after and your hard work certainly did not go unnoticed.
Andof course, a huge thank you to the Happiness and the Animation Team. You work tirelessly, day after day, bringing energy, laughter, entertainment and happiness to everyone’s holiday. Finally, I would like to recognise the senior management, HR, recruitment, procurement and operations teams behind Eden Andalou. A hotel is ultimately only as good as the people who run it and the people it employs, and this hotel is a testament to the quality of your leadership and recruitment. You have brought together an amazing team of people who clearly take pride in delivering outstanding hospitality.
What impressed me most was that the excellent service was not limited to one department — it was evident throughout the entire hotel. There is a genuine culture of hospitality, professionalism and care for guests.
I have travelled to many hotels in many countries and Eden Andalou exceeded my expectations by far. We had an amazing experience, created wonderful memories and felt genuinely looked after throughout our holiday.
I will most definitely return and hope it will be very soon.

Had a lovely stay here for 5 nights. Was checked in by the beautiful Layla then taken to my room. Staff were so welcoming and kink. Great food selection of all meals. Rooms are so spacious and well cleaned. Again was checked out by Layla and shown to my transfer, couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Will be back!
