I'm not one for writing reviews but had to for this riad. The thing that makes it so wonderful is the staff. They were all so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We were a party of 3 middle aged women not knowing what to expect from Marrakech and loved it. We are glad we stayed in the Kasbah. Right in the heart of the madness of the old city but down a super quiet street so can recharge. The riad sorted us out taxis, restaurants, we had a brilliant half day tour of the city from  them (Highly recommend if you are into your culture and history). We also had a lovely hamman and massage package with them on the last day and the ladies were brilliant. As-salamu alaykum and shukran to all the staff. I will work on my Arabic for next time. 

Lovely riad 

Unfortunately, this Riad has terrible communication. A Booking.com agent and myself checked with the Riad before the bookings to make sure they could accommodate the number of guests.  They then changed their minds on almost a daily basis, until I had to cancel all the booked rooms with them.  See example of attached communication from the Riad.  Even Booking.com were consistently provided with opposing information, over multiple days.

Terrible communication, cannot be trusted

The nicest accommodation I have stayed in. Incredible service, including the Riads own taxi, breakfast and tea on request. I had a wonderful stay and would recommended this place to anyone looking for accommodation in Marrakesh.

Great service, great location, beautiful place!

Excellent little break at this Riad. We had the private suite, and the room was so clean and smelt wonderful. Hussein was very thorough and helped us with everything. The location of the Riad is in the kasbah area, close to the jma Fna square, walking distance. You can’t park right up to the road but there’s a short walk from the main road. We all had hammam massages on one of the days we stayed and it was exceptional. I’ve had many massages around the world, but this was one of the best ones ever! So definitely worth booking. My only thing I would say is that there was not a kettle in the room. Sometimes it’s nice to be able to just have a tea or coffee throughout the day. Especially as paying a premium price for the stay. Our kids enjoyed the swimming area, breakfast was lovely and staff were always so friendly and polite. Thank you for the wonderful experience, we will be back again inshallah

Excellent hidden away riad

Outstanding RIAD with lovely people & staff ! Clean, great location and traditional hospitality. The rooms were well furnished with a beautiful pool to look out upon . The food was delicious and beautifully presented  . The team were attentive , kind and nothing was too much trouble . The location was ideal for exploring and close to restaurants. I would recommend this RIAD and will defiantly be going again .

Outstanding RIAD for location and comfort

This comfortable hotel is set in Marrakech. This cosy hotel guarantees a quiet stay as it counts with just 10 accomodation units. Moreover, there is a wireless Internet connection at hand in communal areas. The reception desk is open all day long.
