Absolutely loved this place. We had previous read reviews and was very nervous going into the hotel. Our room was 648 and was absolutely amazing, cleaned every day and so spacious. Aircon and shower worked great. Food was beautiful with plenty of choice and the fresh pizza was delicious. Had lots of fun with the entertainment with it being in both French and English. My only complaint was the vodka didnt taste like anything and the cocktails were very sugary. Would definitely come back. Tips would be to bring an insulated cup with a lid as they can get very warm very quickly and you will get a few wasps flying around. We also did bring our own vodka from duty free and topped our drinks up.
Was worried about this holiday’ reviews got worse every day. But from the minute we arrived we had no issues . Check in took no time at all. Gentleman was lovely and joking with us. Room was fine for what we wanted for the week. Amazing shower. Was in block 900. Complex was lovely plenty of nice grounds massive pond. A water park for the kiddies. You have a quiet pool if you wanted and main entertainment pool. Restaurant was good ,food amazing plenty of choice. Snack bar in afternoon was good pizza pancakes etc. Plenty of bar staff on. We definitely didn’t get treated any differently to the other nationalities. Total rubbish that uk people are ignored. All staff were friendly from reception to restaurant and entertainment team. This Hotel does not deserve the bad reviews it has. It might be a good 20 minutes from Marrakesh . But if you have done your research you would know. Hotel puts a bus on £6 both ways for 2 people. Small shop on site . It has ATM machine in reception . If you run out of bottle water can get one in reception in the evening. No kettle in room but again if you have done your research you would know. We only ever saw 2 dogs and 2 cats 1 little kitten. They didn’t ignore us either just because we came from uk!!! Don’t listen to all the bad reviews people these days will moan about anything !!
Had an amazing weeks holiday here in Morocco, the weather had been lovely and the animation team are soo friends, especially break, such a caring gentleman and has a good laugh with you
The holiday was great. The entertainment was fab, especially break who was good vibes.
Arrived at 12 moved from another hotel to this sister hotel down the road. We were told check in was 3pm. About 2pm we wondered up to reception to get stuff out our bags to find people were being checked in? We asked and got checked in, we were put at a room towards the back of the hotel. We went into our room, or was very dirty and dated. We opened our balcony to 2 very aggressive dogs, it was terrifying, shame for the dogs but also they can be dangerous. It freaked up out, to only imagine if you had young kids. We went back to reception and asked to change room, little communication and then we went to our other room up on a higher floor, opened the door to find the room wasn’t cleaned from the last people staying. The few later nights we had getting bad to our room you can hear constant dog barking, for people who struggle to sleep or young children not ideal.
Cleaners were absolutely lovely, little communication from the language barrier but they were lovely.
The cocktails taste very watered down, but a simple vodka and coke was the best way to go. Bar staff very very slow. Once saying hello and initiating conversation the staff were better, but they very much favour the french.
There is a nightclub part of the hotel very quiet you have to bring the energy.
The wrist bands are multi coloured, we caught on to it being by nationality.!!!!!! Which felt very racist, the fun of being on holiday is mingling and discovering where people are from. Huge let down on that part.
Quickly we caught on to how quick the french were favoured during meal times and being served at the bar. There’s a snack bar that has drinks only wine or beer, if you want a cocktail it’s quite a walk.
