Great experience the entertainment staff are fabulous they try to include everyone and work really hard to make sure we enjoy our time here . Staff in bars restaurant are very friendly, rooms are okay could do with an update but very clean only down side is food its the same thing most night nice but very repetitive

Our holiday ended on a very disappointing note due to the way our family was treated by this hotel. Our 15-year-old son made a poor decision by taking some beers from behind an unattended bar. He immediately admitted what he had done, returned everything to hotel security, apologised sincerely, and management told us the matter had been resolved. Several days later, as we were checking out and about to leave for the airport, we were taken into a back office, where 5 members of staff were present and told that unless we paid £150 immediately, the police would be called and we would be prevented from leaving the hotel. They used coercive tactics and put us duress to pay the money or be detained. Fearing detention in a foreign country and missing our flight, we felt we had no option but to pay. We fully accept our son's mistake, but we do not accept the way the hotel handled the situation after telling us it had been resolved. We are also concerned that a 15-year-old was able to access alcohol from behind an unattended bar without challenge, raising questions about the hotel's safeguarding and security procedures. We have raised a dispute over the payment and made formal complaints to both Jet2holidays and the Moroccan tourism authorities. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we cannot recommend this hotel.

Amazing time family hotel loved it. First night we had issues with a blocked sink and leaking AC but were allowed to change rooms next morning. Great entertainment team and hardworking cleaning staff always on the go! Would recommend :)
