This is an elegant 4 star hotel with a family-friendly atmosphere, providing our guests a pleasant and exotic stay in the heart of the Palmeraie of Marrakech. Just 6 km far from the historic center of Marrakech, our hotel leaves no one indifferent. The 167 modern and comfortable rooms are divided into single, double rooms, duplex and suites with views on the pool, on the Atlas Mountain or on the Palmeraie. The Hotel offers a large choice of food and beverages services with one international buffet restaurant, an Andalusian a la carte restaurant, a snack grill next to the pool and a luxury lobby bar. The hotel provides a large range of facilities on site , including 1 swimming pool, 1 kid´s splash pool, Miniclub, fitness center, conference and indoor entertainment room, open air theater, shops, parking and an educational farm for kids.

Hotel Feedback – Be Live Experience Palmeraie Marrakech Hello, We were a group of 29 people who stayed at the Be Live Experience Palmeraie Marrakech from 11th September to 18th September 2026 on an all-inclusive basis. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with several aspects of our stay. Firstly, the hotel location is not very convenient, as it is quite far from the main areas and attractions of Marrakech. We also experienced issues with the bathroom facilities. On a daily basis, we had to ask for bath towels, which was inconvenient and should not have been necessary. There was also an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which made the experience uncomfortable. In addition, the water did not drain properly and very slowly, causing water to remain in the bathroom for some time. As we were travelling as a group of 29 people, these issues affected our overall experience. We expected better standards of cleanliness, bathroom maintenance and service from a hotel of this category. Amazing atmosphere. Bar staff were great - especially Houssni, Yousef & achraf(M.H) Rooms were tidy and clean. Entertainment staff were brilliant and the pool area was always clean. There was plenty of food options and always fresh and replenished.
The staff are very welcoming and friendly. In particular Mimi, Chak and Murad have made the trip much more fun and entertaining. They doll out advise, are always up for a laugh and will help with anything you need. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are very nice and they have a very scenic atmosphere.
The bar staff particularly Ibrahim have also been very nice and will make you any drink.
Staff are lovely it's very clean.the food isn't up to much and the cleaning staff are useless.they can clean up till 5 pm .they work hard but they take things from room sometimes at 9 am and don't come back till 5 pm never stayed anywhere like it.so if you like a sleep in the afternoon don't come to this hotel
We had a fantastic stay at Be Live Experience and truly enjoyed every part of our experience. From the moment we arrived, the reception team were welcoming, friendly and helpful, making us feel comfortable straight away. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The food was also excellent, with plenty of choice and something to suit everyone. We really enjoyed the variety and quality of the meals throughout our stay. The entertainment team deserve a special mention, especially Mimi, who was absolutely fantastic! She was friendly, energetic and always made an effort to make guests feel involved and have a great time. Her positive attitude really added to our holiday. We would also like to give a special thank you to Abdelrafii, Mohamed and Mohamaed from the snack bar. They were always friendly, attentive and welcoming, and their great service made a real difference to our stay. A big thank you as well to all the bar staff working at night. Everyone was friendly, professional and provided excellent service, even during the busy evenings. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend Be Live Experience to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great food, comfortable rooms, excellent entertainment and genuinely friendly staff. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable — we’ll definitely be back! ❤️
