As soon as we entered the hotel, it was immediately noticeable how clean and well-kept the hotel was, this continued for the whole trip to an exceptional standard, there was always lovely cleaners cleaning throughout the days and evenings which made for a very pleasant experience.

Check-in was a quick and smooth process. We arrived at around 10:30am and we were given our wristbands immediately to use the facilities and had our bags kept safe while we went and explored, ate and swam until the set check in time at 3pm. I did not get the lovely gentleman’s name who was on reception however, I began to feel unwell and he offered to have our room cleaned for us immediately at around 1:30pm so we could check in early which was a lovely gesture and extremely appreciated.

The room was modern, gorgeous and well-kept with all needed facilities including a safe, extra pillows and duvets, clothes hangers, kettle with coffee, water in the mini fridge, body wash and shampoo. As we had a ground floor room we had a lovely patio area outside with 2 sun beds, chairs and a table. The only downside to having a ground floor room was the mosquitoes however when we informed reception they were able to immediately get someone in to spray the room which fixed the issue for the rest of our week long stay.

The staff really went above and beyond for our entire trip, in particular the reception bar staff Houssain, Youssef and Achraf were amazing. Especially Houssain who made an extra effort with us and was such a lovely man, his drinks are amazing! The entertainment team were always very pleasant and always had a smile on their faces!

There was plenty of activities to partake in, including, darts, belly dancing classes, Arabic lessons, poolside games, waterpolo, basketball and football. There was also ping pong tables and a pool table for use throughout the day and evening. The evening entertainment was in the outdoor theatre most of the time which was lovely and they set up a bar next to it in the evenings, starting with mini disco and then moving onto the main shows, which we watched a couple of and were just the standard shows you expect in an all inclusive hotel. The live band that plays by the pool on Fridays were fantastic and the pool party was also definitely one not to miss on Saturday evening. There are suggested dress codes for each night e.g. white, Moroccan etc. these are not compulsory but just a bit of fun!

The food was much better than we were expecting, there were lots of options and plenty for picky eaters or children! My partner is a big meat eater and I am not so much but we both found plenty of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner each day and thoroughly enjoyed it! The snack bar next to the pool had amazing pizzas, burgers and paninis made to order, very good food there! There was a very large variety of drinks: soft drinks, beer, wine, non-alcoholic cocktails, alcoholic cocktails, whiskey and liqueurs. The cocktails were fabulous and always quite strong in alcohol if asked for whereas usually all inclusive can be quite weak!

Amongst all the positives of the holiday we only had two small issues. The first being that the pool sometimes looked quite murky and could do with some updates as it was missing quite a lot of tiling in areas, but I expect the murkiness comes from the fact that there is one pool for everyone to share and lots of suncream! The second issue was the bath towels. They were taken away for cleaning at around 10am and not returned until almost 6pm, even when not used. We usually like to head up at around 4:30pm to shower and get ready for the evening so this meant we had to either use pool towels or keep a towel in the wardrobe to use the next day which was manageable but not ideal so the only suggestion we would have would be to change that system for ease of the guests.

Overall, after being a bit nervous from reading reviews, we had an extremely positive experience at this hotel and would definitely return if we get the opportunity. Thank you for a lovely experience and excellent service it really does go a long way in making special holiday memories!

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and I have to say, it is still just as amazing as it was the first time we visited. As always, I want to give my honest thoughts and hopefully provide a fair and positive review of our experience.

🏨 Arrival We received a warm welcome from the reception team, who asked us to complete the required forms and pay the tourist tax, room deposit and towel rental deposit if required. There were no surprises here, as everything was clearly stated beforehand. We did have a slight issue with one of our rooms, as when we went to it, someone was already staying there. However, the staff dealt with the situation quickly and professionally, and one of our rooms was upgraded, which was a lovely gesture.

🛏️ Room Myself, my wife and our daughter stayed in room 1102 on the first floor, overlooking the pool. The room was clean, the beds were really comfortable, and housekeeping came in every day to clean and maintain the room. We had no issues at all.

🏊 Pool & Sunbeds This is probably the one area where I feel the hotel could improve. The children's pool area has recently been refurbished, which looks great, but the main pool is definitely in need of a little TLC, with quite a few missing tiles.

As for the sunbeds, yes, you do need to get up early if you want to secure one around the pool. However, I don't think this is the hotel's fault unfortunately, it's just one of those things that happens at busy resorts.

🍽️ Restaurant I would like to say a massive thank you to Abdulaziz, who genuinely couldn't do enough for me and my family. He always had a smile on his face and was happy to help in any way he could. His service really stood out to us.

Food-wise, there was always plenty of choice for adults. The only area I feel could be improved is the children's selection, as the options didn't seem to change very much during our stay.

🍹 Bar Well, what can I say about the bar staff? Housni, Youseth and Ashraf are absolutely amazing!

They remembered me and my family from our visit last year, which was such a lovely touch. They always greeted us with a smile, and the drinks were consistently brilliant. A special thank you has to go to Housni, who made a special cocktail for my wife on her birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture and helped make her birthday that little bit more special. ❤️

🎶 Entertainment Compared with last year, I felt the entertainment team weren't quite as interactive, although I completely appreciate that it is a different team this year. At times, it felt like they stayed more with people they already knew rather than trying to get everyone involved.

That said, the evening shows were fantastic and definitely worth watching. My only suggestion would be to have the children's disco a little earlier, especially for younger children.

🐝 A note about the wasps I noticed quite a few comments before our holiday regarding wasps. As someone who is allergic to them, I was honestly a little worried before arriving. However, I really didn't need to be.

Yes, there are wasps around, but we found that they weren't really a problem. Simply keeping drinks covered seemed to do the trick, and we had no issues during our stay.

❤️ Will we be back? Absolutely YES! No hotel is perfect, and there are always little things that can be improved, but overall we had another fantastic holiday. The staff, the atmosphere, the food, the entertainment and the overall experience made it another memorable stay for our family.
