Hotel was amazing the staff were amazing houssni the barman in the indoor bar was so friendly and made the best expresso martinis
We had a lovely 10 day holiday. All the team have been incredible. Entertainment team are very interactive. Mimi & Mourad have been great. Tarik has been great behind the bar, aswell as Houssni, Ashraf, Yousef in the evening. The staff in the restaurant - Malak, soufaine, Hassan & abedesamad.
We had such a lovely family holiday at this hotel I would 100% recommend! All the staff are so friendly and helpful and made our stay the best it could be:) I would like to give a special thank you to Mimi and Mourad in the animation team. We had a great time doing the activities with them and they made us feel so welcome. I would also like give a big thank you to the restaurant and bar staff, they were so helpful every day especially Tarik, Houssni,soufiane. I also learnt some Arabic on my stay with Siham which was really fun, she also made our stay brilliant. We will definitely be returning to this hotel. Thank you very much to all of the team.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Marrakech! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help.
A special mention for the cuisine — the food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. A big thank you to Chef Aissa for his excellent cooking and attention to detail. Every dish was full of flavor and made the dining experience truly special.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech, and I hope to come back again! 🇲🇦✨
AVOID ‼️‼️‼️‼️ I have no idea how this hotel has good reviews. The hotel is awful!! Worms in showers, smashed glass, filthy, food and drinks inedible and like drinking chemicals. Snack bar is only open with very limited food especially between breakfast and lunch. They LIMIT bottled water. Everything about this hotel is appalling! Wasps nest at kids pool stinging children including my own, staff don’t care. Stained bed sheets, dried blood on beds, aircon useless, all the parasols broken and tatty. I mean the lists are endless! So many other people were complaining whilst we were there too. DEFINITELY DON’T BOOK HERE! Our one holiday of the year was totally ruined.
