Very nice stay.
Notes very important to mentioned, tables are always clean, very good food, excellent cocktails selection, stagf are super nice, service in breakfast, lunch and dinner excellent. A la carte restaurant is the best thabks to mourad in the restaurant.
The people that i will mention now are the best best best
The managers: Zina and Achraf in the evening.
And the staff Zizo, Ahmad and Akram. Hassan Anas. They are sooo attantive and ready to help.
In the buffet everything fresh. And the best is the shawarmaaaaa thanks to chef Moukhtar

From the moment that de arrive we we’re very imperssed about The cleanliness of the restaurants is outstanding, the tables are always spotless, and the table service is truly luxurious. Serving freshly ground coffee from bean-to-cup machines is a real added value. The selection of alcoholic beverages is top-notch, and the cocktails are beautifully presented with a unique, personalized touch. Moroccan tea is served in a highly authentic and elegant manner, offering guests a genuine cultural experience. In short, your food and beverage service is exceptional. It contributes significantly to the overall quality and success of the organization. Congratulations-you deserve to be recognized as a benchmark and signature of excellence for restaurants around the world. Ask about Alami, Zina and Achraf in the evening they are the best.

In restaurant buffet ask about Akram, Hassan, Saad, Moussa ……….
Snack bar, pool bar and sport bar are the best.
Aldo, the snack bar menu had too many options for light meals. And the most important thing is the tableware is very clean and net.

Zizo and Ahmed and achraf and Zina excellent service, always willing to help and with a smile on their faces. They have made our holiday unforgettable.

Great hotel.
Clean hotel, generally well maintained too. Previous comments have mentioned broken tiles around the pool etc. None of this is major and doesn’t detract from the hotel or the stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Service was excellent. They don’t stop working all day! The food was really good. Lots of options. The two pools were great and meant you had a couple of options, depending on the kind of stay you were after.
Personally, I didn’t like Marrakech, so it was great to have a good hotel to enjoy instead.
