Terrible hotel and experience!
Do not stay at this hotel!
The service was unbelievably slow from start to finish. Housekeeping even made our beds without putting sheets on them. The food was disgusting and often undercooked.
When we requested mosquito spray, we waited over two hours. We had to call multiple times and make repeated trips to reception before anyone finally brought it.
This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The entire experience was terrible, and I strongly urge others not to waste their time or money here. There are far better places to stay.
I rarely leave reviews, but I felt I had to warn others so they don't have the same disappointing experience.
18th birthday family celebration
I took my 18 year old daughter to this hotel for a week’s all inclusive holiday to celebrate her 18th birthday, just the two of us, and we returned home a week ago. Overall our experience was very good. We booked through TUI and had selected a superior swim up pool, with private taxi transfers to and from the hotel. Our week-long holiday was relaxing and we spent most of our time in the quiet pool. The hotel facilities are good and the staff are friendly. The food was tasty and there was a varied selection. We also visited the Moroccan restaurant for dinner one evening too. All in all this is a good four star hotel rather than a five star hotel. It is in a quiet location, thirty minutes east of the airport/city. Recommended.

Amazing girls
A big shout out to Salma and Ikrame in the lobby bar, who is always smiling and so friendly they make you feel welcome. They go above and beyond for you, when they make the cocktails at least you know there is spirits in them lol as we Scottish like to taste lol. Salma has also made a few cocktails not on menu of her own, and they are delish also. Would recommend to anyone visiting to ask for Salma or Ikrame

A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff
Another Fantastic Stay – Oualid and the Snack Bar Made It Special!
We first stayed at Be Live Collection Marrakech in March 2025 and enjoyed it so much that we returned again in October 2025. One of the main reasons we keep coming back is the fantastic Snack Bar and, in particular, Oualid.
From the moment you arrive, Oualid makes you feel genuinely welcome. He always has a warm smile, a positive attitude, and takes the time to chat with guests while making sure everyone is looked after. Nothing is ever too much trouble, whether it’s recommending something from the menu or checking if you need another drink. His customer service is second to none, and it’s easy to see why so many guests look forward to seeing him each day.
The Snack Bar is one of the highlights of the hotel. The food is always beautifully presented, fresh, and delicious, with a fantastic variety to choose from. In fact, we skipped breakfast on most days just so we could enjoy lunch there instead! The quality and choice are excellent, and every meal was consistently enjoyable.
It wasn’t just us who noticed Oualid’s outstanding service—many other guests commented on how friendly, professional, and attentive he was. He is a real credit to the hotel and an asset to the entire team.
A huge thank you to Oualid and everyone at the Snack Bar for making both of our holidays so memorable. We are already looking forward to returning again at the beginning of October 2026, this time with friends we met during our stay in October last year.
We can’t wait to see everyone again. Highly recommended!

I came here on 2nd Aug 2026, zizo and ahmed went the extra mile to make sure we was always happy and satisfied. They brought us drinks even if we didn’t physically ask and they made us feel very welcome from the first day we saw them. Today is our second day and the customer service as been exceptional, I definitely recommend coming here!!
