Great place to stay and visit all the staff are amazing and the animation team were superb. Will definitely be back to visit. Booked 2 trips in the hotel the Ballon ride and quad bikes were an amazing experience.
Good experience, the hotel is clean, good service clean rooms, the staff are great, the animation team are fantastic, but i wanna thank my special entertainer (Ayoub) he was amazing with my family my kids loved him, he made our holiday for real. I can recommend him for everyone visiting the hotel just ask about(Youpy) it’s his nickname, he deserves a great rise 🫶🏻❤️

After staying at this hotel for a week with 3 generation family there are plus and minus points to this hotel.
Reception staff very helpful, we initially book two rooms that slept 3 but after the children wanted to stay with parents and not grandparents we upgraded them to a family room which the receptionist done straight away ( at an additional cost) , this room was very pleasant and looked over the main pool, the same could not be said for the remaining room, which didn't have a balcony or terrace and was overlooking the rear of the restaurant and staff area. We did ask for this to be changed as our booking stated balcony or terrace. The reception staff unfortunately couldn't do it that day but did move us the following day to a much more suitable room. With regards to both rooms I would say that the sound proofing is pretty poor as we could easily hear corridor and other rooms noise in both rooms. The cleanliness of the rooms were good and housekeeping seems to be well done.
The pool area's and water park's are all very good and again well maintained we viewed cleaning of the slides in one areas of the water park being carried out every night we were there, always plenty of sunbeds at any time of the day at all of the pools so no need for the awful pool dash you see at some hotel's.
The food in the restaurant is typical all inclusive food if you are expecting 5 star meals and presentation this isn't the hotel for you, and after a week like most AI hotel's I've been to it can get repetitive, and unfortunately a couple of our party did get upset stomachs during the stay.
Bars are a little bit odd because they are four bars in the hotel but it can be hit and miss as to which one is staffed at any one time, and in the evening when you think most adults would like to have a drink outside and sit and relax the only bars open where in the actual restaurant or the blue bar which was inside up a flight of stairs. There was another bar called the sky bar which was on the roof with stunning views but it wasn't open during our stay which seems to me like a missed opportunity.
The evening entertainment was mediocre with a kids disco and some average evening shows.
All staff we encountered were helpful and pleasant.
The hotel's location is remote so if you want to take a daytime or evening walk outside the complex there's nothing that would interest tourists.
Would I come back to the hotel again, most probably not because I have been to similar hotel's which just tick a few more boxes .
