The complex comprises of 6 traditional Moroccan guesthouses. It is located in Marrakech Medina, just a 10-minute walk from the Jamaâ El Fna Square and 2 minutes from the famous Bahia Palace. This hotel is the perfect place for a restful and rejuvenating vacation.The riads are furnished with traditional Moroccan artwork. Each room and suite has a private bathroom and features many thoughtful amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay. Some of the riads are also equipped with outdoor plunge pools. Visitors have access to the facilities of all the riads. Leisure guests should take full advantage of the hotel's SPA services which a Moorish-style indoor hot tub, a hammam and a variety of massage treatments. in Riad Bab Firdaous Spa. Guests can try also traditional Moroccan & Mediteranian cuisine in the Riad Si Said Restaurant.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Outstanding Stay at Marrakech Riads – Angsana Heritage Collection
Our stay at Marrakech Riads – Angsana Heritage Collection was exceptional from beginning to end. The hospitality, warmth, and personal attention shown by every member of staff made this visit truly memorable.
A special mention goes to Ahmed at reception, whose kindness, professionalism, and welcoming nature stood out immediately. Although I cannot remember all the other staff names, every member of the reception team consistently went above and beyond. Every question or request was handled quickly, professionally, and always with a genuine smile. Their personal touch made us feel valued throughout our stay.
The luggage concierge team were also extremely attentive, handling our bags with care and friendliness from arrival to departure. Their support added to the smooth, stress‑free experience we enjoyed.
The housekeeping team maintained our room to an excellent standard every day. The room was spotless, fresh, and beautifully presented. The thoughtful details — including the choice of room scents, the pillow mist, and the calming atmosphere — created a peaceful retreat that felt both luxurious and personal.
The Head Breakfast Waiter was absolutely phenomenal. Whether we arrived very early, closer to closing time, or during the busiest breakfast rush, he remained consistently attentive, warm, and considerate. His dedication and professionalism made every breakfast a pleasure. He is a true asset to your company and deserves key recognition for his outstanding service.
On one morning when we were leaving early for a trip, we asked if a pack lunch could be prepared. The team immediately offered to make one and even opened early so we could choose between a pack lunch or having breakfast before the usual opening time. This flexibility and care were deeply appreciated and demonstrated their commitment to guest comfort.
During our stay, the spa was closed due to renovation works. However, the team handled this with exceptional professionalism, arranging spa treatments for us at another nearby hotel. We were very happy with the experience, and their quick organisation ensured we didn’t miss out on the relaxation we were looking forward to.
The riad is situated in a quiet, peaceful location, away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech’s busy streets. Despite the tranquillity, it is only a five‑minute walk to the centre, making it perfectly placed for both relaxation and easy access to the main attractions.
The welcome drinks set a warm tone from the moment we arrived, and the farewell drink was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel appreciated right until the end of our stay.
This hotel delivers not just comfort, but genuine hospitality. The personal touches, the professionalism of the staff, and the high standards across every department have left a lasting impression. We look forward to returning, and we will now be choosing this company for future bookings as well.

Relaxing Riad !!
I recently stayed at Angsana Heritage Collection – Si Said Riad and had a fantastic experience.
A special mention to Ahmed on reception, who was incredibly helpful and informative throughout our stay. He provided excellent advice on where to visit and how to get around safely, which really enhanced our trip.
Another standout was Azeez, who served us breakfast every morning with a warm welcome and a smile. His friendly and attentive service was a wonderful way to start each day.
The riad itself was immaculate, well-equipped, and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, a peaceful roof terrace, and a lovely plunge pool to relax in after exploring the city.
All of the staff were superb, but Ahmed and Azeez truly went the extra mile to make our stay memorable.
Highly recommended – we would not hesitate to stay here again!

Super beautiful riad in a prime location near the souks and Jemaa el-Fnaa. The staff was super friendly, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast was also delicious and typically Moroccan.
