The complex comprises of 6 traditional Moroccan guesthouses. It is located in Marrakech Medina, just a 10-minute walk from the Jamaâ El Fna Square and 2 minutes from the famous Bahia Palace. This hotel is the perfect place for a restful and rejuvenating vacation.The riads are furnished with traditional Moroccan artwork. Each room and suite has a private bathroom and features many thoughtful amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay. Some of the riads are also equipped with outdoor plunge pools. Visitors have access to the facilities of all the riads. Leisure guests should take full advantage of the hotel's SPA services which a Moorish-style indoor hot tub, a hammam and a variety of massage treatments. in Riad Bab Firdaous Spa. Guests can try also traditional Moroccan & Mediteranian cuisine in the Riad Si Said Restaurant.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Great stay in a great location for the medina restaurants and wonderful little alleyways. The staff were fantastic very helpful and friendly. We went to the spa and had a hamman and a 30 minute massage really enjoyed it a definitely would recommend . Our room was lovely ,clean and over looked the pool area which was a nice touch. Thankyou for a lovely stay.
This is my first visit to Morocco with Marrakech being stop number 1.
After reading many sources and recommendations, I opted to stay in a riad for the experience. MR didn't disappoint. From the check-in, restaurant (Had 1 dinner and 4 breakfasts), house-keeping and overall cleanliness and comfort of the riad, I was thoroughly impressed. The facilities are well maintained and beautiful as well. More importantly, the staff is not only professional but friendly and super attentive. EVERYONE there was fabulous especially Mohammed at the front desk and Mohammed in the restaurant. If given the option, I'd have breakfast there. The food was excellent and the menu changed daily.
The location is also superb. Was able to walk to almost all of the sights. Though you're in the Medina, the Riad is tucked away and away from any noise or traffic. I'm a light sleeper and had no issues with noise.
Would recommend MR to anyone staying in Marrakech especially if looking for a Riad experience.

We have just returned from a lovely stay at Angsana Riads Collection in Marrakech, staying in Room 306, a Junior Suite in Riad Tiwaline.
I must start by mentioning the staff, who were absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. Everyone we met was so friendly, welcoming and helpful, and they really made our holiday that little bit more special.
Even before arriving, communication with the hotel had been excellent. I had arranged our airport transfers directly with them, and they were always quick to respond to any questions. Unfortunately, our original flight from Heathrow was cancelled, meaning we had to arrive a day later than planned. I contacted the hotel to explain what had happened, and they couldn't have been more helpful, rearranging our airport collection without any fuss. This was greatly appreciated, particularly after all the disruption to our travel plans.
On arrival at Marrakech Airport, our driver was waiting for us as arranged. We were taken to a car park at the edge of the Medina, where a hotel representative was waiting to meet us. He took care of our luggage and escorted us through the narrow streets to the main reception.
Check-in was a very pleasant experience. We were welcomed with Moroccan mint tea while a member of the reception team explained the various services available. We were also given a street map and shown where we were located in relation to the main attractions, along with some useful advice on finding our way around the Medina. This was particularly helpful as it was our first visit to Marrakech.
We were then taken to Riad Tiwaline, about 100 metres from the main reception, down a narrow alleyway.
Riad Tiwaline is a lovely traditional riad with just six rooms spread over three floors. We stayed in Room 306, a Junior Suite on the ground floor. The room was very spacious, with an extremely comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained.
The riad has a small central courtyard with a water feature and seating, but for us the real highlight was the rooftop terrace. There were comfortable chairs and sun loungers, and we spent time up there every morning and afternoon, usually with a cup of tea, just sitting and watching the world go by across the rooftops of Marrakech.
What struck us was how peaceful and relaxing it was. You could be walking through the busy, noisy streets of the Medina and then, just a few minutes later, be sitting on the rooftop in almost complete tranquillity. It was a wonderful place to relax after a few hours of sightseeing, and we made good use of it throughout our stay.
All meals were served in the main riad, and breakfast was something we particularly enjoyed. It was served in the courtyard and was excellent every morning.
There was always a good selection of fresh fruit, fruit juices, breads and pastries, together with a hot dish served in a traditional Moroccan tagine. This changed daily and included various combinations of meat, sausages, vegetables and eggs. You could also order freshly cooked omelettes, fried eggs or scrambled eggs.
We really enjoyed the variety, and it was nice to have something different each morning rather than the usual hotel buffet breakfast. The catering staff were lovely, always friendly and attentive, and the food was beautifully presented.
The location of the riad was ideal for exploring Marrakech. We walked virtually everywhere, including Bahia Palace, the Saadian Tombs, Ben Youssef Madrasa, the Secret Garden and the Koutoubia gardens. The only place we took a taxi to was Jardin Majorelle and the Yves Saint Laurent Museum.
Jemaa el-Fnaa, the main square, was around a 15-minute walk away through the narrow alleyways and souks. We actually enjoyed these walks as much as some of the attractions themselves, as there was always something interesting to see along the way.
Our room and the communal areas were kept immaculate by a lovely housekeeper, who was always cheerful and friendly.
Another very nice gesture was on our final day. As we had an evening flight back to Heathrow, I asked whether a late checkout might be possible. The hotel kindly arranged a complimentary late checkout, allowing us to keep our room for longer and enjoy our last morning without having to rush around. It was a lovely way to finish our stay and something we really appreciated.
It is genuinely difficult to single out individual members of staff because everyone was so good. From the reception team, who helped with our arrangements and were always happy to offer advice, to the catering team and housekeeping staff, they were all a credit to the hotel.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Riad Tiwaline. The accommodation was comfortable, the breakfasts were excellent, the location was perfect for us, and the rooftop terrace was a real bonus.
However, what we will remember most is the warmth and friendliness of the staff. They made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we left.
A big thank you to everyone at Angsana Riads Collection for a wonderful stay. We would happily return and would certainly recommend Riad Tiwaline to anyone looking for a traditional riad experience in the heart of Marrakech.
