The Seaview Superior rooms.... clean and airy.....the bathroom...just wow....we stepped on the beach right outside the room...splendid!!
Great furnishings and I love the new pillows!!

We never get enough of the friendly staff, great food, flowing juices, the pools, new friendships made......and .....the new year's grand ceremony ✨️ 😍.

It Gets Better.....Year on Year ❤️ 😍

The booking that we made with Zipporah Mahumu was seamless! Check- in with Winnie and Charles was a VIP type, loved it!!
The room which we booked was beyond our expectation. Beautiful views of the beach.

AI package was a bomb... You eat until you loose appetite. We loved the company of Rehema, Beryl, Triza, Jackson and Esther. They were always pleasantry! Ali made sure our rooms were well kept. The gift shops prices were quite friendly compared to other places we had visited before.

Now, the salon has a lot to be desired. They lack current trending products and even the professionalism is minimal. Be careful if you intend to apply gel polish since they have the low quality products and also, removing the gel only on your 10 fingernails takes 1.30hrs. Some of the staff there have a way of trying to convince a client *annoying for a service which one was not intending to do it there. The application part is an eyesore!
Body massage area needs to be worked on.

The entertainment manage/ team needs a bench-marking. The DJ!!Phew!!!!! i guess we had high hopes on 31st.

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY

Rooms are not very clean. There are ants but there is bug spray in the rooms. Everything in the room is outdated. Cheap motel vibes. They didn’t clean my room or bring towels until asked. That was probably a mistake since the rest of my families rooms were cleaned. Food was ok. Drinks were good. The staff was  nice. The check in and check out didn’t go smoothly and things were not ready.

Service was exceptional. My experience was very satisfying. Thank you for the wonderful experience. I look forward to staying here again. The food was more than enough and the employees were so helpful when I needed anything. I didn’t get to experience the pools but I kept telling myself to get in but I always ended up doing something else. That’s funny.
