I had a lovely experience at the hotel, especially celebrating my birthday here. Everything was well put together, from the beautiful atmosphere to the overall service. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and loved how everything came together to make my birthday celebration special. I will definitely come back!!

We had an exceptional stay at Diamonds Malindi. The hotel itself is beautiful, the food was consistently excellent, and the standard of service throughout our stay was outstanding. We were Also lucky enough to stay in JS 1 , one of the suites with a pool. However, what really made our holiday unforgettable were the staff.
A special mention has to go to Dansun from the animation team. He went out of his way every day to be cheerful, welcoming and engaging. Always full of energy and with a smile on his face, his enthusiasm was infectious and he genuinely added something special to our holiday.
Faith and Linet, our waitresses, were fantastic. Always smiling, always happy to have a conversation and nothing was ever too much trouble. They looked after us brilliantly and made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay.
Patrick, who worked around the pool, was exceptional. He was engaging, friendly, highly motivated and clearly took real pride in what he did. He has a fantastic attitude and work ethic, and we genuinely believe he has a management career ahead of him.
And finally, Julius – what a guy! Apart from making some of the best cocktails we have ever had, he made sure throughout every day that we had everything we needed. Friendly, attentive and great company, he was an absolute star.
Diamonds Malindi is an amazing hotel in its own right, but it is people like Dansun, Faith, Linet, Patrick and Julius who take an amazing experience and turn it into an unforgettable one.
