Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
So nice place. Workes are so nice and helpfull. The animatoions Pina, John, Paulina, Alex and Danson was so funny and helpfull! They make our time here really nice. Food is perfect, animation for everyone. I cant wait wnen we come back here.
Everything was very perfect.Very friendly staff.Dennis checked us in and offered us Complimentary breakfast since we checked in very early and our room wasn't ready,Since we were on Half Board Emily served us very delicious lunch,I would like to thank Kaingo,Mary,Naliaka,Jestus,Beatrice, Constance and the entire team.We will visit again.

The hotel is immaculate and pristine. Well coordinated activities for guests and lovely staff.
Overall, my experience was somewhere in the average.
When it comes to the food and drinks, I feel there is room for improvement. The food was a little underwhelming, especially since there wasn’t much variety between the lunch and dinner options. However, the cocktails were really good, and I received excellent bar service from Chrispine and Ali. They were attentive, friendly, and made the experience enjoyable.
The service in general was good, and the staff were pleasant and welcoming. Victor, in particular, was amazing. He really went out of his way to take care of me, and I truly appreciated that. Same to Lieslie,Laura and Jestus good human beings they gave a helping hand when I need.
And lastly, Shaban was wonderful. He knew how to connect with guests and made interactions feel very natural and welcoming, which I really liked.
To all of you, kudos, kudos, kudos! A big thank you for your service and for making my stay lovely.
