A good facility with welcoming staff. A big shout out to REGINA, The guest experience Assistant. She made our stay phenomenal! So warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Everything was organized perfectly and we felt so well taken care of. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable!

This hotel certainly delivered on my expectations, please do not take any notice of reviews about indian weddings and how disruptive they are,a couple took place while we were here did not impact our holiday ,the noise factor was fine the entertainment did go on till 11 ish but then stopped and it is a holiday resort so kind of expect that the horrendous noise we had for 2 nights was from another hotel nearby, yes it was horrendous and did go on till past 4am but in fairness our hotel staff did speak with them and after 2 nights it was fine, this really was the only negative part of the whole 2 weeks, everyone was absolutely lovely couldn't do enough for you, they really want you to have a great holiday ,although all were amazing a big shout out to the ice cream lady who made sure our favourite flavours were available every day,the pool bar lady again was amazing but the massive shout out goes to Merci, what an absolute gem,our cases were left in Nairobi the day we arrived,we were very frustrated with the airport staff and tui reps mind totally useless but Merci stepped in stayed after her shift finished making calls to the tui rep and airport really fought our corner and even came to find us the following day to make sure it was sorted,Will the manager please take note and give her some feedback as missed her when we left, she is a true asset to the place. Now on to the Hotel Exceptionally clean and tidy, food was good found it much better at lunchtime to go the restutant on the beach front, order from a menu cooked fresh and included in all inclusive plus the view of the beach while eating is spectacular. No rush for sun loungers if there none left they will actually go get you some and place them where you want, dont listen to reviews about lots of mosquitoes and wasps not true at the time of year we went,a few but not loads,I did not get bit at all ,none of us did except my daughter and that was only a few, plenty of pool space never felt overcrowded.Room was lovely always kept clean no issues with air con.Seeing the monkeys around the hotel was amazing always lock you balcony doors as they have learnt how to open them if unlocked but other than that they dont bother you ,unless you have food of course even then there is loads of staff around that keep them in check. If doing Safari you dont need to take USD for tipping guide they quite happily take kenyan shillings we gave about £40 per couple for the 3 days but well worth it and what an experience. So to break it down wouldn't have changed a thing Hotel was fab,Safari was Fab if you get a chance to fly with any other airline than Kenya Airways do it the staff are the most miserable I have cone across ,food was shocking and the way they handle your luggage is nothing short of shocking, will avoid this airline at all costs in future no wondering it has such low reviews, but apart from that would do it all over again in a heartbeat.Southern Palms keep it up you doing great.
Very good hotel. Food was good for an all inclusive. Staff were all very friendly and always helpful. Thanks to Kenny, Mercy, Isobel and Hassan for making our stay particularly special
The hotel is really beautiful with several swimming pools and delicious meals. Kids club made the stay relaxing, much appreciations to Zubeida and Jumeila for taking care and engaging the kids in different activities.
