I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! I spent a wonderful week here with my mum, and I can honestly say that I have never stayed at a better all-inclusive hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect and we felt incredibly welcome throughout our entire stay. The rooms were clean, spacious and very well maintained, just like the rest of the hotel and its surroundings. Everything was kept in excellent condition, which made our stay even more comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious! Both the meals served in the main restaurant and the lunch available at the beach bar were varied, fresh and beautifully prepared. There was such a great selection that everyone could easily find something they enjoyed. We were genuinely impressed by the quality and variety of the food. The beach was another highlight of our stay — beautiful, clean and very well looked after. There is also security throughout the entire resort, which made us feel safe and completely at ease during our holiday. What truly made this place special, though, were the people. The staff are absolutely wonderful and create such a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. You can really tell that they care about the guests and want everyone to have a memorable experience. The animation team did a fantastic job making sure nobody got bored, with plenty of activities during the day as well as entertaining evening events. The housekeeping team were also always friendly, smiling and happy to have a little chat. I would especially like to mention Eunice, Nusra, Brenda and Omar, who were incredibly kind and helpful every time we saw them. Their smiles, positive energy and genuine friendliness made our stay even more enjoyable. I would also like to say a huge thank you to Mercie and Daisy for arranging such a lovely birthday surprise for my mum. The birthday cake during dinner and the beautifully decorated room were such a thoughtful touch, and it meant a lot to us. It was a wonderful surprise and made my mum’s birthday truly special. To sum it all up, I would definitely encourage anyone considering this hotel to book their stay. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail — from the cleanliness and delicious food to the amazing staff and beautiful surroundings. It is the kind of place where you can truly relax, enjoy yourself and feel looked after. I sincerely hope I will have the chance to come back one day because, even after leaving, I already miss this place! ❤️

We absolutely love Southern Palms Beach Resort! This was our second stay here, and once again, the experience was amazing from beginning to end. One of the things that stands out most is how clean and well-maintained the entire hotel is. Everything is always taken care of, and the staff truly make sure you have everything you need throughout your stay. The food is also AMAZING! From breakfast in the morning, to the snacks throughout the day, to dinner in the evening, everything is delicious. There are always great options, and we genuinely looked forward to every meal. What makes Southern Palms even more special, though, is the people. Every single staff member we encountered was so friendly, welcoming, respectful, and helpful. From housekeeping to reception, the restaurant staff, and everyone else working throughout the resort, you are always greeted with kindness and a smile. The hospitality here is truly incredible, and the staff make you feel so comfortable and at home.
A HUGE part of what makes Southern Palms so much fun is the animation team! Seif Mohamed, Omar Sunday, Juma Elefu, Bilal, Elvis, Chris, and Nusra are honestly the BEST. They bring so much energy and life to the resort. They interact with the guests, make everyone feel included, and organize so many fun activities like water volleyball, beach volleyball, ping pong, pool, and more. They know how to entertain, have fun with the guests, and keep the atmosphere lively throughout the day. They truly make the hotel experience so much better, and our stay would not have been the same without them!
We also have to give a very special thank you to Daisy and Mercie. They are absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for our family. We celebrated our son's birthday during our stay, and they did everything they could to make sure his day was special. They created a beautiful setup for him on the beach and put so much care and effort into making him feel celebrated. They made him so happy, and seeing that meant everything to us. It's a memory our family will always cherish.
Southern Palms isn't just a beautiful resort the people who work here are what truly make it special. From the cleanliness and amazing food to the hospitality, activities, and incredible staff, there is so much to love about this place.
