My experience at Jacaranda TBO was great overall. One suggestion I have is to increase the number of complimentary water bottles from two to three or four, especially considering how hot it can get. Staying hydrated is important, and having extra water available would make guests even more comfortable. Alternatively, installing a public water dispenser where guests can refill their bottles would be a thoughtful and environmentally friendly addition.
Amazing resort
This resort is the definition of value for money. The location is great. Our room is steps away from the ocean with an exceptional views.
We booked half board. The food was amazing and changing every day.
The night activities are amazing and enjoyable. Please keep the good work and will definitely visit again

An okay experience
We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The ambiance was beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The main area that needs improvement is the food department. There was very little variety in the meals, and the menu became repetitive, especially for guests staying several days. Adding more food options and improving the selection would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel for its great atmosphere. With more variety in the food, it would be an even better
