Relaxing stay
Diani Reef is a friendly place. Staff are helpful and kind. Grounds are well kept but somethings are worn out. I enjoyed my stay very much. Plenty of space so you dont feel cramped.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Lots of space to walk around. Problem was the buttons on phone didn't work so lots of up and down stairs if you needed help.
Not a place.to go if you can not walk up and down stairs as there is no elevator. And there are a lot of stairs to the pool and beach.
Over all, I really enjoyed Diani Reef Hotel, no spa right now. I hope when I return it will be open 😉

A great place which is near other facilities. The room was always clean,good fresh air and had friendly staff. We had great entertainment everyday.
No value for money.
Honestly, terrible. The rooms are in dire need of urgent refurbishment. They stink! No swimming pool coz of some construction going on, no spa, no functional switches in the rooms, outdated TV sets. The dinning was excellent with good fresh food. A facelift necessary to uplift the hotel's outlook. It's like it's run down. I got to know the reason why it was the only facility with vacancies during my booking as other hotels were fully booked.

Very friendly and polite staff, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I should have stayed longer! The hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to my event venue next door through a connecting gate. One tip: keep your balcony door closed, or you may get a visit from the monkeys! 😀

My birthday staycation in Diani Reef
It was a really nice place i really enjoyed it loveee the hospitality too especially from Sally ,Linda and Paula who helped us carry our luggage and assisted us in the tour I’ll definitely be backkkk!
