Quite a nice place .,,,beautiful sea view, they have good breakfast and nice salads. The WiFi is not good doesn’t connect well. Would give the overall experience 5/10
Baobab beach resort and spa was second to none. We are not all inclusive and beach people however the resort was just what was needed from challenging weeks leading up to our break and needing privacy.
The resort was pristinely clean, from washrooms, to communal areas, bars and restaurants and our room.
The bar and restaurant staff were tentative to our every needs and Remy made my husband’s last night by making him his own personal cocktail. The food variation was fabulous too from different cuts of meat, vegetables, salads, fruits and desserts. Then the different cuisines, traditional, Indian, Italian, Oriental to name a few. Vegans /vegetarians would have a good variety too.
All in all an excellent stay and would recommend the resort to family and friends.

As the final leg of our incredible Kenyan Safari adventure and experience, we opted to decompress, relax and unwind at the Baobab Beach Resort & Spa. To be frank, we could not have landed a more perfect spa resort and location.
As with our entire safari adventure, the Baobab Beach Resort & Spa far exceeded our expectations. We'd never travelled to east Africa before and were completed unaware of the wonderful privilege of travelling through Kenya and meeting this country's delightful people.
The hotel is rated as a four star. Judging from the numerous five star hotels we've occupied over the globe and decades of travel, the Baobab Beach Resort & Spa beats many of these 5 star hotels hands down. The hotel itself is a perfect amalgamation of traditionally African and contemporary. It's focus on highly friendly, polite and professional service is unrivalled. It was always a genuine 'service with a smile'. It's probably the friendliest and most hospitable hotel/resort we've ever stayed at.
Utter tidiness and nestness was noted by throughout the entire hotel. The cleaing team did a sterling job with their incessant cleaning. From the grounds/garden team, reception, bar and restaurant, all were terrific!
Our rooms was an insane beach line facing . It was airy, neat, clean and modern. Everything we could wish for.
The food was divine, extremely varied, fresh and abundant.
Unfortunately, we simply couldn't name any individual who 'stood out' due to the fact that every team member we encountered was exceptional.
If anyone is hesitant to book this hotel, my advice would be to go ahead and book. You'll have no regrets!

The moment we entered their open-plan building, we were greeted with smiles and drinks. Being led around their beautiful hotel - which comes in three huge parts to explore - was enjoyable, even before we saw how lovely the upgraded rooms were.
Their service throughout the duration of our stay was consistent: food, entertainment, fitness, reception. Every need was taken care of, and the staff were so so kind. Their smiles are contagious, and the effort put into providing an experience you won't forget guarantees that you will be pleased with every penny spent here. The maintenance of their site, down to the attentiveness of every member of staff was beyond belief. I said you will find paradise here.
Truly, it was the staff that made the experience. Security, reception, chefs, entertainment... all of them were a joy to be around. Bush, Brain, Dennis, Sikuku, Quincy, Julius and the rest of the Jambo Kings and Queens were outstanding in their performances, and will make you want to bust a move. Safari, Odonu, Lorma, Edwince and the other waitering staff were VERY pleasing to interact with and had our entire family looking forward to the meals - sometimes more than the food itself! And the delicacies these chefs made... be it Swahili, Italian, Greek, French, all manner of cuisine was perfected by Ivy, Samir M, Joseph, Alice and more. And safety - because sometimes those monkeys were cheeky - Harriette and Mwangale were resolute about the safety of the guests, their surveillance stretching even to the white sands beyond the hotel's reach.
Boabab Hotel is definitely one that deserves a revisit. Even hermit crabs and Zanj sun squirrels come down to enjoy the amazing beauty, safety and experience this resort offers. 10/10 indeed!
