This all inclusive resort was incredibly clean and had a lot of options for guests of all ages. We stayed for two days after a long safari and enjoyed the pool, the wonderful meals with a lot of different options, and the overall cleanliness of the resort. The staff was incredibly friendly at each and every encounter. We were nervous reading a few recent reviews about the aggressive vendors on the beach but experienced very little of that. We took long walks during both the morning and midday and only had a few people approach us but they were very respectful. The renovations at the resort were not at all disruptive to our stay, but we did have access to one less pool and the amphitheater was closed, so nightly shows were more challenging to observe. The entertainment team was really great, despite that! Overall, a great beach stay!
We had a great experience, and especially because the staff were very friendly and rather to serve.
Given the name of the website I going to offer advice. Like all All Inclusive sometimes the bar staff can fall behind with service particularly if they are making cocktails so you might consider sourcing your own soft drinks prior to arrival, for which the fridge in the room comes in very handy. Already mentioned… a beautiful beach made almost intolerable by the harassment of sellers. You look out and see small pockets of tourists surrounded by vendors standing far too close for comfort! Booking in process was time consuming particularly after a long drive when you just want to get in the pool… but that may be a Kenyan thing! Rooms gorgeous, food pleasant and staff generally amiable. As a base for a Safari I would recommend it.
Excellent location on South port of Mombasa Very friendly polite smiling and welcoming staff…very happy to help Special thanks to the chef Jagjitsingh for spoiling us with amazing variety and flavours of food. Samir’s smile and way of serving 😊 Lovely sea view rooms Massage by Lucy was icing on the cake after busy days of Safari in Mara and Amboseli.
