The best business trip I ever had
The hotel is nice like it gives you 90s 80s aesthetics, its near the beach that's a plus good hospitality at its finest I would really come back someday

Location is beautiful, right by the beach and very soothing and calming. Lovely trees and plants, feels like you're at the beach but also in a forest yet still inland. The rooms were spacious for our family of 3 and they were able to add a cot for our child. The hotel and rooms were clean, no complaints. The service was also top notch, all staff were friendly and ready to assist.
Our room was close to the restaurant /bar so there was a bit of noise at night.
Good amenities, we enjoyed the spa, kayaking, paddle boat, some padel and tennis. Only wish would have been for more activities or engagement for the kids club. The ladies there did a fantastic job but I wish there was more. For the 4 nights we were there, there wasn't much night time or dinner entertainment bar the band.
Overall it's good value for money and a solid 4* rating
An amazing vacay at Serena Beach Hotel
We visited Serena Beach Resort in August 2026 to celebrate our son's 1st birthday. First off, I would highly recommend calling the hotel directly to book your stay. I personally found that the rates with direct booking were cheaper as compared to using an agent/ booking via the online booking platforms. Special thanks to Priscilla for making the booking process seamless. The location is very convenient. The hotel environment is very serene, calm and welcoming. We arrived quite late on our first day, at around 10:30PM, and the hotel was very kind as to keep the restaurant open till we had our dinner ( This was way past their normal dinner times). The rooms were very clean and they remained very well maintained throughout our stay. The option of half board accommodation is also great. The meals were awesome and there was always a great variety of well prepped meals. I really loved the fact that the hotel has a complementary offer of free well prepared meals for infants. The highlight of our stay was the well thought out birthday surprise for our son. The restaurant staff prepared a nice cake and sang for him. That was amazing and truly memorable. We loved the kids club and Zawadi did a phenomenal job in keeping the younger ones well entertained during our stay. Overall it was an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend Serena Beach hotel for family vacays. Looking forward to visiting the hotel again in future.
