The hotel is nice like it gives you 90s 80s aesthetics, its near the beach that's a plus good hospitality at its finest I would really come back someday

First time in Africa/Kenya. As soon as I stepped into the Serena the team made me feel welcomed at ease and important. The room was very accommodating, no needs or wants. The services provided were top tier, and the food was a delightful mix of local, Indian and other regions. Staff answered questions, fulfilled request (early morning breakfast boxes) and insured I was taken care of I will be back and I will stay at the Serena again. Thank you Serena for the amazing trip.
I booked a suite and paid close to USD 400 and had a terrible bed with old bed linen and dated fridge that didn’t work which was also empty. Slow internet. The breakfast was good and staff attitude made up for a terrible room which was completely overpriced.
