The property is located 90 km NE of City of DohabThe five star Iberotel Palace is a premium luxury-resort destination at Egypts fabled Sharm El-Sheikh. It occupies one of the longest stretches of waterfront overlooking Maya Bay only a few minutes walk from Sharms old town. This golden-sand setting is ideal for long and languid days on the beach admire the turquoise waters plan scuba diving excursions or simply luxuriate in the shade of an umbrella with a cocktail in hand. Iberotel Palace also offers to his guests a shuttle boat service to a coral beach according to daily schedule.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Stay & Booking: We stayed from September 13th to 18th. We booked through the hotel’s official website and also contacted them by phone to confirm our reservation.
Reception & Check-in: We arrived before the official check-in time, but we still received our rooms in less than 30 minutes. It was a great start to our stay 😍.
Rooms: The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. Anything we requested was delivered in less than 30 minutes. The view was also beautiful and very relaxing 🤩😎.
Food, Restaurants, Snacks & Drinks: The stay was all-inclusive, with a great variety of food and drinks, high quality, and great attention to detail. The main meals were served at the main restaurant, in addition to the À la carte restaurants Ali Baba and Toscana. The beach snacks, drinks, and ice cream were a great added touch. The staff was also very helpful ❤️😍🙏.
Beach: The beach is sandy, very spacious, and beautiful 🌊❤️.
Location: The hotel has a great location, close to Old Market and Sahaba Mosque 🕌❤️.
Overall Experience: The hotel has a simple and comfortable feel with great attention to detail. The atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing, especially since it’s an Adults Only hotel. Everything is conveniently close and easy to access, and the overall vibe is really nice. We had an excellent experience, and if we had the chance to extend our stay, we definitely would have. We would absolutely come back again! ❤️❤️
I spent a week at the Jazz Elite Palace in mid-September, and after hearing so many great reviews about the hotel and its staff, I was really looking forward to experiencing it for myself. It definitely didn’t disappoint!
What a fantastic hotel, and what amazing staff.
Firstly, the hotel itself was absolutely spotless. Our room was lovely and overlooked the lower swimming pool, which was also just a stone’s throw from the beach. The facilities were brilliant — the gym was adequate, the spa was great, and there were plenty of bars with more than enough staff to look after everyone.
The food was excellent, with an abundance of choice and something for everyone. My only small quibble would be that the swimming pools could perhaps be a little better, but honestly, it’s absolutely not an issue and certainly wouldn’t stop me from returning.
The staff, however, were what really made our stay so special. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the service was absolutely first class.
I could mention so many people who were amazing, but two really stood out for me.
Firstly, George, who worked at the beach bar during the day and the shisha bar in the evening. What a fantastic person! He has a great personality, an unbelievable work ethic, and is an absolute credit to the hotel.
Secondly, Abd, one of the lifeguards on the beach. I had an injured leg during our stay, and Abd went above and beyond to make sure I could safely get in and out of the sea. He was absolutely brilliant — very professional, incredibly helpful, and a real gentleman.
I’ve never stayed at a hotel where so many guests are returning year after year, but I now completely understand why!
We had an amazing time and I will definitely be back next year.

The stay at JAZ Elite Palace was incredible: clean rooms, clean hotel and beach areas, welcoming and professional staff, and very tasty food with a great variety. This hotel ticks all the boxes for a relaxing holiday on the beach. All facilities are in close proximity, and if any problems arise, they are addressed promptly.
We were here last year and we came back because we love it so much. I would definetely recommend the experience.
Stay: 21 September – 4 October 2026 Room 4213
This was not our first stay at this hotel, and once again we had a very pleasant experience.
I won’t repeat all the well-known facts about the hotel. It is a quiet, traditional and unpretentious place, with mostly regular guests, generally 50+, no loud entertainment, and its own rules and traditions. In many ways, it feels more like a private club than a typical resort hotel, and that is exactly what we like about it.
The main reason we keep coming back is the beach, which is free of coral reefs. The only downside is that, because the hotel is located in a small bay, the sea view is somewhat limited and you cannot see the full horizon.
The grounds are compact, convenient and very well organized.
We stayed during the peak season, with the hotel fully occupied, but the staff handled it exceptionally well. There were always enough tables in the restaurants, places at the bars and sun loungers on the beach, and we never felt that anything was lacking.
The rooms are fairly standard, but this time I would especially like to mention the excellent housekeeping. Our housekeeper, Mohamed, maintained a very high standard throughout our stay. Everything was clean and tidy, supplies were replenished on time, and the service was quick and efficient. Thank you!
The animation team works hard without being intrusive. The sports activities, including gymnastics, aqua aerobics and yoga, are well organized and enjoyable.
The restaurant service was excellent overall. The chefs deserve special thanks, especially the Blue Marine chef. The bartenders and waiters were also very efficient and attentive. A special mention to Majit, who is an excellent organizer and keeps everything running smoothly.
One small change we noticed: the evening dress code for men regarding trousers either seems to have been relaxed or discontinued, as many guests were coming to dinner in shorts.
What impressed us most, as always, was the overall level of service and organization. The staff manage to keep everything running smoothly even when the hotel is completely full. Everything is clean, the sand is swept off the sun loungers several times a day, and the staff are consistently friendly, attentive and helpful. Because of this, the occasional minor shortcomings simply don’t matter.
Another thing that makes this hotel special is its atmosphere. Many guests return year after year, and some seem to know each other — and the staff — like old friends. It creates a genuine club-like atmosphere that you don’t often find in resort hotels.
