The property is located 90 km NE of City of DohabThe five star Iberotel Palace is a premium luxury-resort destination at Egypts fabled Sharm El-Sheikh. It occupies one of the longest stretches of waterfront overlooking Maya Bay only a few minutes walk from Sharms old town. This golden-sand setting is ideal for long and languid days on the beach admire the turquoise waters plan scuba diving excursions or simply luxuriate in the shade of an umbrella with a cocktail in hand. Iberotel Palace also offers to his guests a shuttle boat service to a coral beach according to daily schedule.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Everything about this hotel is exceptional, from the location to the staff! A beautiful relaxing place by the sea, clean and calm and feels like a home away from home. The rooms, food, service and most of all the staff are everything you could hope for and more. The staff make you feel like part of the family and if you have already been before, you will be remembered and welcomed back with open arms. You can guarantee you will be looked after. I wish I could name every single staff member here who provided exceptional service but there are too many! I will give special shoutouts to Mohamed Youssef and Mohamed Mesbah for their incredible hospitality and friendship. We will be back soon!
Best hotel my wife and I have stayed at during our numerous visits to Sharm. The location cannot be better as situated directly across the main road, assistance given to cross, to the Old Town, in which you can freely wander without too much hassle. The hotel complex itself is not large but the there is a plentiful private beach which allows direct access into the Red Sea. Unfortunately, no accessible house reef by foot, but in my opinion the boat service they provide to their chosen house reef is amazing (10 Euro pp return including a water and soft drink). Go across on the first trip of the day before all water sports in the bay begin to maximise your chances of seeing the best the Red Sea can offer.
Great hotel, great location, great staff, very friendly. Had a very nice stay.
Somehow though felt a little let down with the experience.
Since booking this hotel it appears to have changed hands from Iberotel to Jaz Eliite.
That's not a big issue but didn't feel like the hotel we was looking forward to that we booked.
For example when we booked my wife was really excited by especially the seafood we saw in the pictures on TripAdvisor, big platters of crabs prawns etc. There was none of that. In our week she had prawns once, crab just twice and whole fish once. Although there was some sort of fried fish in the buffet everyday but not quite the same.
Also, the all inclusive finishing at midnight doesn't sound too bad until you realise you're still on uk time and can't get a beer after 10pm feels a bit early.
Mini bar in the room! Wow! Get reception to empty it asap as its very expensive for an all inclusive hotel.
This is our first time in the hotel. The service was wonderful. Mahmoud Ahmed in the room cleaning service is wonderful and excellent. All the food in the hotel is diverse and beautiful. The service in the beach is beautiful.
Just returned from this wonderful hotel today. Have just booked to return for Xmas and New year. Stayed in room 1310. Our room guy was called Mahamood.He was amazing, hotel was spotless and staff were brilliant.food was excellent. Went snorkeling with captain Asis twice omg 😲 truly wonderful experience. Been to sharm 15 times and this is by far the best. Can't wait to return.
