Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Honestly such a great hotel. The location, atmosphere, staff are all amazing! We stayed for just over two weeks and we can't fault it. The room was amazing with a gorgeous sea view. The entertainment staff are also lovely, really engaging and made you feel welcome. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed all-inclusive for 10 nights.
First impressions were not great, with a broken fountain at the entrance and a persistent smell of effluent in the lobby. Check-in at around 1am was quick and friendly, though, and after discovering there was nowhere open for food or drinks, reception unexpectedly sent food and soft drinks to our rooms free of charge. That was exceptionally thoughtful and set the tone for the staff throughout our stay.
The staff were by far the hotel's strongest point. They were friendly, attentive and genuinely keen to make guests happy, often remembering our drinks and bringing another before we had finished. Rooms were clean and the resort generally well maintained.
Food in the main restaurant was very good, with a different theme each evening, and breakfast was better than average. However, food availability outside the main meal periods was poor for an all-inclusive hotel, particularly later in the evening. The choice at the pool/beach restaurant was also very limited.
The biggest disappointment was the bar provision. After 6pm, the only bar open was the Tiran at the very top of the resort, despite the hotel having a lovely beach and sea views lower down the hill. This meant there was effectively nowhere to sit by the sea and enjoy a drink in the evening. The Tiran then closed promptly at midnight. For us, this significantly reduced our enjoyment of the resort and made the all-inclusive offering feel unnecessarily restrictive.
Drink quality was also fairly poor. Sakara lager was good, but the wine and spirits were well below the standard we would expect.
The reef is quite small, with a small swimming area, but quality of snorkelling was very good - best seen in the morning before about 10.30am and after 5pm.
The resort itself is built on a steep hill, with reception and the main restaurant at the top and the beach at the bottom. Our sea-view room was lovely and worth the roughly £200 extra.
There were plenty of daytime activities, including pool volleyball. I would not normally join in with this sort of thing, but it was fun and well organised. Evening entertainment was mixed quality, although I did win the "Mr Hotel" competition, so at least one evening was excellent entertainment :)
We booked two excursions through the team on site and had one very poor experience and one merely OK one. As they are a separate company, I have not reflected this in the hotel rating.
Overall, we enjoyed parts of our stay, largely because the staff were exceptional. Without them, I would probably have rated the hotel a solid 2 stars. Their service lifted it considerably, but the restricted bar opening times, limited food availability and poor-quality drinks stopped it being anything more than around 3.5 stars for us.
We would not return.
