I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff were consistently rude and unhelpful throughout my stay. The reception staff seemed more interested in fobbing guests off than actually resolving problems. I was given misleading information on more than one occasion, and it felt like I was being told whatever was convenient rather than the truth.
To make matters worse, there is major building work taking place next door. The constant banging and construction noise starts early and continues throughout the day, making it impossible to relax or enjoy your stay. I was not adequately informed about the extent of the disruption before arriving.
I would not recommend anyone stays here until at least July 2027, when the building work is expected to be complete. Between the poor customer service and the constant construction noise, it simply isn't worth the money.
Wonderful holiday in luxury hotel. Exceeded our expectations in all ways. Room and facilities were exceptional, spotlessly clean and staff were polite, helpful and friendly. We spent mornings on the beach and enjoyed snorkelling, then went to the pool in the afternoon. Two large lovely heated pools and we had no trouble getting sun beds. The food was fabulous. On our E grade package we had A La Carte lunch and dinner everyday. The restaurants on site and the 4 in Soho Square are all included, as well as 4 bars on Soho Square.
