Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect—the staff were kind and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic. I truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. I can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I have just returned from a two week vacation at this amazing resort to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Hopefully I am able to convey just how awesome, this amazing resort has been!

For starters, the variety of A la Carte restaurants you can visit, as often as you like throughout your stay is incredible, each & everyone of them was amazing, the service provided by every single waiter was exceptional and truly appreciated, never have I felt so valued as a diner anywhere! The lovely ambience in every restaurant just added so much to the experience and the food in all of them was absolutely delicious!

Every chef was amazing, the wee lady in the Mai Thai restaurant, I think the staff called her " Mama " was amazing! She came out and met my husband & I, and then prepared us a special desert which was again awesome! Thank you Mama! " I hope I got your name correct!

I also have to say a special thank you to Chef Mohammad Adel at the Basilico restaurant, who prepared my husband and I a customised meal, in celebration of our 30th wedding anniversary. A very kind act, that was truly appreciated and will never be forgotten! We will definitely be revisiting, for this meal alone, thank you Sir! ( shkran lak ).

Every single A la Carte restaurant at the Sunrise Arabia beach resort was fantastic, the food, the ambience, the service, everything! We also loved the Salmon in the Cote d'Azur French restaurant, the soup here was amazing too

On our first day, my husband and I were greeted by Mr Younis, the Hotel General Manager. Having introduced himself to us, he then went on and very kindly reserved us tables at the Basilico, Thai, Waterfall, French, Greek, Indian & Italian restaurants. Being our anniversary holiday, this was really appreciated so much! Mr Younis and every single member of staff at this resort have been exceptional, please believe me!

Also the lad who keeps our room immaculate "Mohammed" does an amazing job! ( An absolute artist, the things Mohammad can make with bath towels is unbelievable! ) Thank you Sir!

Also Hassan & Abdelhameed who both worked at the Adult pool during our vacation can't do enough for you, two exceptional lads! It was an absolute joy spending time with you both! We hope you enjoy your time off back home in Cairo Hassan! Also, if you want to just chill and relax at the adults pool, Yousef is always on hand to serve you chilled drinks, keeping you hydrated which was very much required in July! Again Yousef was forever endeavouring to ensure you had a pleasant and relaxed stay. Great service!

While visiting the perfume shop in the resort to buy some gifts for family, we had the pleasure of meeting Sultan, who was a fantastic host, this wasn't shopping, this felt more like visiting a friend! Honestly, his hospitality, his calm aura just radiates when he's explaining the different fragrances and his coffee just made for a fantastic experience. Can't wait to use some of our new products at home! 🩵

All the staff that we've had the pleasure of meeting, have made our stay not only fantastic, but romantic!

I can not fault any member of staff at the Sunrise Arabia beach resort! Every single member of staff in the resort deserves so much gratitude, for their exceptional service!

Also I must mention all of the ground workers, maintenance and especially the gardeners! The grounds throughout the hotel are so aesthetically pleasing it's unbelievable! How they gardeners can work as hard as they do in that heat and keep the place as green and beautiful as it is, is absolutely amazing!!

We will 100% be coming back here, especially to visit Chef Mohammad Adel at the Basilico! There are no negatives, this resort in it's entirety is first class, I would give 10 stars if I could, amazing!!!

Location is fairly central to both Soho Square and Naama Bay nice variety of shops just opposite the resort if you don't mind haggling you will definitely get some bargains. Insite there is a daily bus service that runs from early morning to late at night. This was very helpful as walking upwards is quite steep with alot of steps so jumping on the bus helped immediately especially as we stayed in the posh club which is he furthest from the main hotel reception. The gardens are kept in great condition and there are views of Tiran Island which can be accessed by boat. First impressions were that everything seem to be well organised at the resort as a buggy took us to our room everything was explained and because of the late arrival food was ordered and delivered to our room at no extra cost. The a la carte restaurants were all of a high standard and the Indian restaurant Manohar was exceptional the Naan bread was amazing. Without a doubt would highly recommend staying at the posh club the service was exceptional and the staff all put themselves out and went that bit further.
