Very nice hotel , very good people , chefs and special animation team which do a lot of pool activities , club nights , shows , beach parties , I would like to mention 2 special people from the animation team “marwan and masha “ people who cared about us to all activities and made our trip worth more than we expected . 10/10 hotel .

We spent the full week relaxing at the beach, special mention to Afriem at the beach bar - he was great and made sure we always had a drink at hand.
Our room was spotlessly cleaned daily - thanks to Kariem in Rose block. Checked in with us daily to see if he could assist with anything.
The coral reef at the resort is amazing. 10/10 would highly recommend people visit here.
We have just returned from a 7-night stay at Posh Club Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort and honestly, we cannot fault our experience. We have visited Egypt three times now, and this has been our favourite hotel by far!
From the moment we booked, the service from the Posh Club team was exceptional. Before we even arrived, we were in contact with Hanna, the Posh Club Manager, who was absolutely fantastic. She pre-booked all of our à la carte restaurants for the week, arranged our private airport transfer and even accommodated our request for a room that would get plenty of sunshine.
Our flight was delayed, but there was absolutely no stress when we arrived. Our private transfer was ready and waiting for us, which was such a relief after a long journey.
Check-in was smooth and welcoming thanks to Wardy, who greeted us with a welcome drink and took the time to explain everything to us. He was incredibly polite, friendly and helpful from start to finish.
We also have to mention Karim, Ahmed and Paolo. Every single one of them went above and beyond throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they genuinely made us feel so well looked after. Their attention to detail and friendly service made the whole holiday feel incredibly relaxing. You really do feel like royalty as a Posh Club guest!
Our room was also kept absolutely spotless. I believe our cleaner was Mohammed, and he was always so attentive and made sure everything was perfect for us.
If you are considering booking this hotel, I would 100% recommend upgrading to the Posh Club. The benefits and level of service you receive are phenomenal, and for us, it made our holiday extra special.

We had an excellent holiday and really enjoyed our stay. All of the staff were fantastic and a real credit to the hotel — friendly, helpful and always welcoming.
A special mention has to go to Hassan at the pool bar. He works incredibly hard, is always friendly and attentive, and genuinely helped make our holiday so enjoyable. He is a real asset to the hotel!
Our only disappointment was the late check-out. We had a very late flight and were told three days before departure that there was a 99% chance we would be able to keep our room until 6pm, although we had to call on the day to confirm. When we called, we were told 4pm was the latest available. We completely understand that the hotel is busy, but when we mentioned it to one of the managers, we were told that we were lucky to have been offered until 4pm and really should be grateful as the hotel was so busy. We just felt this could have been handled a little better!
Apart from that, we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend the hotel. The staff really do make the experience, and we will definitely come back again
"The hotel is wonderful and the services are excellent. I went there for our honeymoon, and the staff and services were helpful to the highest degree and very friendly. I would especially like to mention "Jolie" at the reception; she provided all the support from the moment we arrived, organizing our stay itinerary to perfection. She also offered several complimentary services as a wedding gift and never hesitated for a moment to help. The best part was her constant smile and continuous warm welcome until the moment we checked out. I highly recommend this place, and God willing, it’s an experience I will definitely repeat."
