Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort

We have just returned from an incredible two-week stay at Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort in the Posh Club, and we would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxury holiday. Even before we arrived, the service was exceptional. Hanna, the Posh Club Manager, quickly responded to my email and pre-booked all of our à la carte restaurant reservations, and ensured everything was in place for a smooth and stress-free arrival. It was a wonderful start to our holiday. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully cleaned every day. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, and the minibar was always well stocked with a great selection of drinks. The Posh Club service was outstanding and truly made our holiday. Being able to message for drinks or food to be brought directly to our swim-up room was such a luxury and made the whole experience incredibly relaxing. Every member of staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. We never once felt like we were inconveniencing anyone. A special thank you to Ahmed Saadawi and Karim, who looked after us so well throughout our stay. They were both exceptional and are a real credit to the hotel. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful and immaculately maintained. You could see the gardeners working every day, and it really shows in how stunning the resort looks. We tried every à la carte restaurant during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed each one. Our favourites were the Thai and Indian restaurants, both of which served excellent food and offered fantastic service. A special mention also goes to Eslam, the lifeguard at the Posh Club pool. From the moment I stepped out of our swim-up pool on the first day, he was there to put up our parasol, bring fresh towels, and make sure we had everything we needed. He even lent the children inflatables and always found us the perfect place around the Posh Club pool. There were certainly no sunbed wars or having to get up early to reserve a lounger! Our daughter loved the daily mini disco, which she looked forward to every evening. While the rest of the entertainment wasn't really our style, we thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary evening at Tal Avenue. It was a fantastic experience with drinks, delicious food carts, and amazing entertainment. Overall, we had a truly wonderful holiday and couldn't fault the service or hospitality. We would return in a heartbeat and 100% plan to visit again. Thank you to everyone at Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort for making our family holiday so memorable

The beach staff worked hard and always went out of their way to help. The bar staff on the beach were also super friendly and helpful.

What I didn’t like about the property was the missing or inaccurate information during check-in. Reception staff need to understand that they represent the hotel, and the information they give guests must be correct and consistently followed this was missed during my stay, specifically regarding concerts and parties happening outside the hotel.

That’s not to say they don’t provide service they do but one piece of wrong information can lead to a big misunderstanding.

So my wish for this hotel is that they invest in further training for their reception staff, to help them become more professional and consistent in their work.

I also wasn’t happy with the beach towels on some days during my stay they were old or didn’t smell fresh.

We booked here through Tui but upgraded to 2 deluxe swim up rooms directly with the hotel. Our flights there and back were on time and we were on the dreamliner which was great. On arrival we were given a refreshing drink at the hotel and were seated whilst we were checked in. We were offered a really good deal to upgrade to Posh Club but we stayed with our swim up rooms which were amazing. I had emailed the hotel a few weeks before our stay to upgrade our rooms and to ask that the two rooms be together. This was honoured and we stayed in the Orchid block which got the sun for most of the day. We ate at the buffet restaurant twice during our stay. The food was really good, though it was rather hectic in there. We booked the a la cartes on the other evenings. All were good, but our favourite by far was the Indian which was incredibly delicious. We tended to get pastries for breakfast and ate them at the room. We ate lunch at the Italian and always really enjoyed it. The beach was beautiful but very rocky. You can't really enter the sea from the beach, though you can paddle, so beach shoes are a must. The snorkeling from the jetty was great and we also booked parasailing with the company based at the hotel. All of the staff there were amazing and so friendly. We were very sad to be going home after a week and could easily have spent more time there. A thoroughly enjoyable family holiday.
