Another Wonderful Stay at My Favorite Hotel

This was my 20th+ stay at this hotel, and once again, it felt like coming home.

I have stayed at many hotels, but this place has always had a very special place in my heart. What makes it truly exceptional is not only the beautiful hotel itself, but most importantly, the wonderful people who work there. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The level of service is outstanding, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel is always at a very high standard. Everything is well maintained, clean, and comfortable.

The food is also excellent, with great quality, variety, and taste. What I appreciate most is how the team always listens to our requests and does their very best to fulfill our wishes, often going above and beyond to make sure we are happy.

I would like to give a very special and personal thank you to some of the wonderful people who always make our stays even more memorable.

A big thank you to Mr. Mina Nady front office manger who is always helpful and friendly to me. And Ahmed Omran, Medhat and Ahmed also from front office They are all incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with every request make a huge difference, and they always make us feel like valued and returning guests.

A very special thank you as well to Chef Sherif Ashour, Restaurant Manager, for his outstanding management, professionalism, and constant attention to guests. And of course, a big thank you to Chef Tarek, the wonderful barbecue chef with very special smile with very tasty food.

My appreciation also goes to Mamdouh, the Restaurant Service Supervisor, for his excellent service, professionalism, and for always making sure everything runs smoothly and that guests are well taken care of.

At the bars, I would especially like to thank Mr. George, Bars Manager, for his excellent management, hospitality, and for always making sure that guests receive the best possible service.

And a very special thank you to Mr. Nader at Savoy Club. Your kindness, hospitality, and helping guests by every way available he is really wonderful man.

I would also like to thank the entire Pools Team — Elsayed, Ahmed, Raed, and Aya — for their great service, friendliness, and continuous attention to guests. They are always there to help and make sure everyone enjoys their time by the pool.

All these wonderful people are a true reflection of what makes this hotel so special. They are not simply doing their jobs; they genuinely care about the guests and consistently go the extra mile. Their dedication, professionalism, and warm hospitality are a major reason why I keep coming back.

After more than twenty stays, I can honestly say that my love for this hotel has only grown stronger. The familiar faces, the warm welcome, the excellent service, and the attention to every little detail are the reasons I keep returning.

I’m already looking forward to coming back again in October to celebrate the hotel’s anniversary. It would be a real pleasure for me to be there on this special occasion and to contribute by capturing professional photographs and videos of what I’m sure will be a wonderful and memorable day. I would truly love to document the celebration and share some beautiful memories of this special occasion.

The only thing making me hesitate this time is the room rate. The price for my preferred dates is currently almost three times higher than what I paid for my previous stay, which unfortunately makes it quite difficult for me to book another stay.

I sincerely hope there might be a special anniversary offer that could make it possible for me to join you and celebrate this special day together. It would genuinely mean a lot to me to be there again and be part of such an important occasion for a hotel that I truly love.

Thank you to the entire team for always making us feel so special and at home. I truly love this hotel, its wonderful people, and everything they do to make every stay memorable. I look forward to many more stays and wonderful memories in the future.
