A wonderful hotel with amazing staff! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the beach entertainers were very friendly and lovely. Absolutely loved my stay at Meraki 🤍 The whole hotel has such a beautiful vibe from the white aesthetic and stunning views to the food, rooms, housekeeping, and service. Everything was just WOW and so relaxing
And a special shoutout to the entertainment team especially Angelina 🫶🏼 Her energy, positivity, and lovely personality really made the experience even more fun and memorable❤️❤️❤️
The hotel was amazing and very luxurious ❤️the best past about it though was the animation team and the staff ❤️they made everything better ❤️will definitely go back

I had an absolutely wonderful time here. I was able to relax and have fun at the same time, and I’m leaving with some fantastic memories. I truly hope to come back again in the future.
The room was fantastic, spacious, comfortable, and cleaned every single day. The quality of the services was impeccable in every aspect, from the food and restaurants to the pool and the bar. Everything was well organized and the staff were always helpful and welcoming.
There was absolutely no issue with noise. In fact, the atmosphere was always pleasant and enjoyable, which made the whole experience even more relaxing.
The parties and activities were also great, and the entertainment was honestly much better than I expected. Since it was completely in Russian, I wasn’t sure how much I would enjoy it, but I actually found myself getting involved, having a lot of fun, and enjoying the atmosphere.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. A fantastic experience from start to finish, and definitely a place I would love to return to!
This was our second holiday with Meraki (through easyJet holidays) and it was fabulous.
They definitely improved on a few things since last year - we thought the cleaning of th room was better this year (shout out to the cleaner in room 2303) and we were pleased with the addition of the continental breakfast options.
Sadly we weren’t as impressed this year with the service around the top pool. We felt the bar service was really slow - you’d need to wait 20 minutes to get a drink, and we were told to sit back down and wait at our chair instead of being served at the bar. Unfortunately Ali was on his holiday this year, so we expect things were slow in his absence.
That said, the food was delicious all week - Yades was our lunch favourite and the Egyptian food in the evenings was our top choice.
The snorkelling and pontoon was unmatched and the absolute highlight of our stay.
The only other thing worth pointing out (in hope they improve for a future stay) - the cocktails really aren’t nice. We tried ordering from all of the bars and they just don’t taste good. They also don’t offer frozen / slush type drinks - it would be good to see a frozen daiquiri. They lack a sense of sweetness. We ended up sticking with vodka mixer!
We loved our stay though and hope to come again for a third visit.
