Lovely hotel and lovely staff. Looked after us and made our strip really special. Mina and Hasser and the life guards at the quiet pool especially. Such a special week and we can’t wait to return 🤍

We stayed at the hotel from 28th Sept to 2nd Oct in room 21204. We had a couple of issues regarding service at the pool and a couple of restaurants the first couple of days ( we have stayed in Sharm before at the Sunrise Diamond and the Cleapatra luxury resort previously) so we felt it was under par compared to them initially. However, we raised our concerns and any issues we had were rectified immediately and from then on service was absolutely faultless.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean. We loved the fact that all eating areas were table service and not buffet (some breakfast items were buffet) we ate mainly in The Munchery and the choice and quality of the food was excellent. The staff in the Munchery were all absolutely amazing and work so hard so would like to give a special mention to them, they really made our visit. As did the staff in the Burger place and the Ophelia Bar.
The entertainment was really good, the girls on the entertainment team work so hard too, from early morning for the pool events to the late evening dancing and chatting to guests. I really enjoyed the Aqua Gym classes every day. The weekly shows in the main square for our hotel and the White Hills were great and the food stalls were a great idea with candy floss etc etc
Overall this was a brilliant holiday in a beautiful hotel and walking distance to Soho square.
