Excellent reception staff. Restaurant food fresh and wholesome with lots of choice. Helpful staff and chef. We flew to Cairo and had a message from the hotel manager checking our wellbeing. Genuine care for guests. Definitely recommend for a peaceful holiday.
Smallish hotel restaurant to small if fully occupied . Food different every setting lots of choice . Just got back today 16/09/26. Staff will do anything for you really helpful just a shame there is nothing else near . Free bus runs to the other hotel which is on the Beach .But you cannot eat there. Again staff Brilliant especially Ahmed our room Attendant fantastic job for such a young lad
Jaz sharks was fantastic. I would also like thank Ahmed and Abdul Rahman how mafe an exceptional job if cleaing both rooms 317 and 314. We especially liked the towel sculptures and the amazing transformation of room 314.
