Very flexible and warm people, i even could chill there after Check out for my Taxi so i dont need to wait outside aslong, Food at Lunch Very nice, breakfast is Meh…but thats about the only bad thing.Mina is a very good receptionist! the others allsow really nice Thank you JAZ Neo
This was our second visit to the Jaz Neo in shark bay, this hotel is what can i say "FANTASTIC" from start to finish. The hotel is a small friendly hotel with the best staff in the world that cannot do enough for you. Iman the pool man was there every morning to start your day with a smile and a sunbed waiting, mustafa our room cleaner again was very professional , with towel arts and clean beds and towels everyday, Restaurant staff 100% chefs would go out of the way to make things you wanted if not on that day. Mena on reception was a star getting us a free room upgrade and free late checkout. Bar staff have memories like elephants never forget your drinks orders and keep bringing them over when your empty. Rita the Animation was amazing. My Husband is well known in the hotel as "Hogan" greatly remembered by all the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone not wanting a rowdy hotel not for the young drinker, out of the way but a short taxi journey into Narma Bay or Soho Square , never visited the sister hotel for the beach as had everything we needed in out hotel. we will deffo be back in the new year great value for money thanks again

location isolated atmosphere average reception staff nice doing a job room lovley and clean did have to ask for towels a couple of times beach towel service not good only managed to get towels changed 3 times during 3 week stay. food absolutely awful cold always having to ask for thing to b refilled. BBQ food never done always told be ready in 10 mins waiters always round drinks machines didn't bother to ask if you wanted a drink until you tried to get yourself always running out of glasses. breakfast service and staff were the best. bar staff in upstairs bar didn't really want to work quite ignorant at times. pool bar staff abdu was amazing always asking if you want drinks but when he got promoted the guy to took is place only got drinks to certain guests lifeguard and pool chaps lovley and polite. magic entertainment team did nothing first 2 weeks then decided to speak to us l would never recommend this hotel to anyone. lm a regular visitor of jaz hotels in Egypt and this hotel is not up to jaz standard guest relations lady only spoke to us on first day
