Every thing is good we will come again
We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were always clean, and the food was outstanding with plenty of delicious options. A big thank you to Eyad at Reception for his warm welcome and professionalism, and to Hossam from Housekeeping for taking great care of our room. We also want to thank Hussien, Ramze, and Mustafa for their kindness, friendliness, and excellent service. Every member of the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We truly had a wonderful vacation and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone. Amazing experience
We had an amazing stay! The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and the atmosphere was wonderful. The food was absolutely top-notch with a great variety, and everything was delicious. A special thank you to Eyad at the Reception, Hussien, Ramze, Mustafa, and Hossam from Housekeeping. They were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Eyad made our check-in and stay smooth and enjoyable, while Hossam did an excellent job keeping our room spotless and always made sure we had everything we needed. All of the staff were amazing and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. We truly appreciated their kindness and outstanding service. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back!

Wonderful vacation
It was wonderful second room & staff were very good in addition of food but I lost my shoes when I changed my rooms from 1326 to 5210 so please notify me if you found it it was white & GUESS branded written with gold

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food, the staff, and the overall service were all excellent. We would also like to give special thanks to Hussein, the young staff member who drove us around the hotel grounds in the buggy. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and always smiling, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily come back again.
