The resort is set across landscaped grounds and is ideal for couples, friends, and families looking to enjoy both relaxation and activities under the Egyptian sun.
Guests can enjoy multiple outdoor swimming pools surrounded by sun terraces, with dedicated areas for children. The resort offers a choice of restaurants serving international and local cuisine, and several bars including poolside and beach options. Additional amenities include a fitness centre, spa with a range of treatments, and various sports facilities.
Rooms are modern and comfortable, each featuring air conditioning, a private balcony or terrace, satellite TV, tea and coffee-making facilities, and a safe. Bathrooms come with a shower or bathtub, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Upgraded rooms and suites offer extra space and enhanced amenities, some with sea views.
Well, what can I say. This is the worst hotel in Egypt I've stayed at. This is definitely No Hilton Extremely unfriendly for anyone with disabilities. The beach side appears to have been refurbished but is built into the cliff and if you are "less than fit" walking around is close to impossible. Mountainside the only lift doesn't work, the entertainment staff have all been fired apparently and there is minimal staff. I'm currently sat at the bar by the pool and I've waited over 20 minutes to get a sprite as there isn't enough staff. The pools have no grout left and any grout still remaining is filthy, as is the tiling around the pool bars (scum stuck to tiles) The rooms are tired, the door fell off our fridge the night we arrived and the mattresses remind me on 1970's butlins. The food choices in the single main restaurant are very limited for anyone who doesn't like spicy food and the lunchtime bar snacks are appalling ( a, one inch square of yesterday's left over beef in a tiny roll and half a dozen French fries. This is my third time to Egypt and the most disappointing. No real entertainment, barely enough staff and non of the 'extras we've come to expect from a holiday of this price. The kiddies slides are closed and roped off, and the whole of the mountain side smells of sewerage. Extremely disappointed.
I stayed here 1 week , service is very good. Rooms were cleaned daily with refreshments water given daily, excellent service from the housing cleaning staff . Would recommend thank you too Ahmed ashraf and Mohamed fouda.. second time of visiting this hotel . Will recommend another visit .
Amazing Stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Beach Side – Highly Recommend!
We had a wonderful experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton Beach Side. The service was truly top-notch from start to finish. We were given room 1246, which had a beautiful view that made our stay even more special.
A special thank you to Ahmed, the housekeeper, who kept our room spotless and paid attention to every little detail. We’d also like to thank Mohamed Found, the manager, for his professionalism and for making sure everything ran smoothly during our stay.
Overall, a fantastic hotel with an excellent team. We will definitely be coming back!

Our stay at DoubleTree was absolutely wonderful. The hotel was so beautiful that it honestly felt like we should have paid more for the experience!
There were literally swimming pools everywhere you looked, quiet pools, busy pools, super-busy pools, and even a water park with slides. There was so much choice when it came to cooling down and relaxing. It was the perfect place for both fun and relaxation.
The rooms were clean, big, and spacious, with very comfortable beds and air conditioning that kept the room wonderfully cool throughout the day.
The staff were truly amazing, from reception right through to the team who cleaned our room. Everyone was polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They made us feel genuinely welcome and played a huge part in making this our best holiday experience so far.

Hassan Ramadan – who cleaned our room every day and even left us a special towel origami surprise to come back to. Such a thoughtful touch!
Meena Nasser – an exceptional pool guard who was always friendly and had a smile on her face.
Ziad Ahmed – a cheerful lifeguard who was always willing to assist and make sure everyone was safe.
There were also so many other wonderful members of staff whose names I unfortunately didn't get to know or remember, especially the restaurant team, who served us with so much grace, kindness, and professionalism.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience at the hotel. From the beautiful facilities and comfortable rooms to the incredible staff, everything came together to make our stay truly memorable.
We would definitely love to return!
