The hotel has a small Spa where they offer various massages. The Spa staff are on hand around the pool area to show you what the Spa offers. They are friendly but not super pushy so do have a conversation. I received a complimentary hand massage from Mohammed by the pool. In the spa you will be massaged by the same gender as yourself. I booked a package of 3 full body 'medical' massages, each 50 mins long.

The spa building itself is a bit run down, and doesn't feel very luxurious, which is a shame as the rest of the hotel feels much more upmarket. The sound system feels old, and the music comes through quite loud and tinny. The spa area needs some investment.

The staff in the Spa are very friendly and welcoming. My massages were with Mona. She was such a lovely friendly lady. The massages themselves were very relaxing, and she released all the tension and knots in my shoulders/back. She regularly checked in to make sure the pressure was to my liking. They were the best massages I have had in a long time, and I am a qualified massage therapist, so know what I'm talking about!

They are really flexible with the appointments too, so if your plans change for the day, just call or pop into the spa and they can rearrange your appointment. They really don't mind.

I would 100% book massages here again, as the quality was amazing and worth every penny. Would I like to see to an upgrade to the spa facilities?, most definitely, but you won't regret booking a massage here, it will add to the relaxing nature of your holiday at the hotel.

Superb from start to finish especially the staff and facilities. We stayed in the Mountainside of the Hotel which is a little dated but very clean, tidy and spacious. Mountainside is more lively and 3 huge pools to choose from with aqua park and plenty of entertainment from the team who are amazing. Beachside has recently been renovated and has a more chill vibe but a deeper pool and another 3 or 4 to choose from if you want complete relaxation. Both sides have lovely attentive staff who go above and beyond to make sure you are fed, watered and entertained. Overall I would rate this hotel 10/10 and if you find a problem the hotel go above and beyond to resolve. Special mention to Marci, Zig Zag, Diego, Ali Baba, Fox and the rest of the animation team for looking after ux 🫶.

We have just finished our holiday, and we would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so special. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the entire team made us feel so welcome.

All the staff were absolutely amazing—always friendly, smiling, and happy to help. A special thank you to the chef at the pool bar, who was incredibly kind and welcoming every day. His positive attitude and excellent service really stood out and made our days by the pool even more enjoyable.

The food was fantastic, with so many delicious options to choose from every day. There was something for everyone, and everything was fresh and full of flavour. We also loved the Cala restaurant—the menu was excellent, and the burrata was absolutely amazing. It was one of the highlights of our meals during the holiday.

The biggest thank you goes to the team for making my daughter’s birthday truly unforgettable. The beautiful cake, the balloons, and all the thoughtful touches made her feel so special. She was over the moon, and it created memories that we will cherish forever.

Thank you all for your incredible hospitality, kindness, and hard work. You made our holiday perfect, and we can’t wait to return. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable holiday!
