Life gaurd khaled ahmed amazing helped so much couldn’t do enough for you
The experience was amazing!!! The staff was very helpful and kind. They attended to everything we needed and the nightlife is good. The view from the hotel is the best and i will be back again soon!
Alibaba is awesome and has great dancing, great food. Muhammad in the Q bar is great best barman
This was a very disappointing experience for us. Firstly, we stayed in Mountain View, which is very dated, it was a bit of a surprise but it would appear that they only advise and show pictures of the beach view. Which has been upgraded. This section of the hotel is separate. So very misleading. Pool areas were nice but the pool bars are terrible. Only one person working, dealing with swim up, hot snacks and the other end of bar. You could wait 10mins at a time for drink, unless you tipped and called them Boss. You also get small paper or plastic cups which means you’re constantly at the bar as it’s two sips and they are gone. Water is kept in a bottle in the sun, so you’re trying to stay hydrated with water that’s sitting in the sun. Disgusting. Hot snack are a Waste of time, handful of chips and two chicken nuggets, really poor. All pools are 1.0m deep also, so not great if you want to swim. Music is on repeat and is awful for a holiday vibe, silent night playing at 1pm in 40 degree heat, weird. The sports bar at night and the Q bar also lack any kind of atmosphere and serve you wine at room temp in paper and plastic cups, even when glasses are available. The colleague who serves in sports bar is also very rude and looks miserable. You need yo pay extra to use pool table also, which would be fine but no signs up, so we got half way through a game and the bar men came cleared the table without even been given option to finish playing a pay. Very rude. Reception - very slow and we only got 4 towel cards for 6 of us and told they had no cards left. Restaurant- it’s far too small for the amount of people it’s serving, chaos. Mountains of plates piled up on tables and staff struggling to get round to clean. Food basic and it doesn’t cater for kids. Rooms need decorated, when we arrived one of our patio doors wouldn’t lock and it took 2 days and 2 visits to reception to get fixed. We on ground floor so it wasn’t secure. We wouldn't recommended unless you like to drink flat juice, warm wine and water from paper cups.
A wonderful experience, a great hotel, and an excellent staff. The entertainment team is very friendly, always available, and it’s always a pleasure to talk to them.
