Amazing, family friendly hotel
We visited this Hotel in June 2024 and loved it. We decided to try a different resort and hotel this year (June 2026) and booked Cleopatra Luxury resort. As soon as we arrived at Cleopatra hotel we regretted it. They were not accommodating or family friendly or helpful at all. We were so appalled by the service and treatment we packed our bags and arrived at Concorde.
By far Concorde El Salaam is one of the nicest places we have had the pleasure of staying at.
As soon as you arrive you are greeted with utmost kindness and welcoming staff. Staff go the extra mile to look after you. My mother has mobility issues and staff would ensure that her mobility needs were taken care of. They would bring her food right to the table so she wouldn’t have to struggle to carry the food. They would bring her drinks and always ask her if she needed anything else and ensure she was being taken care of. They would take her directly to the beach in a buggy to avoid her struggling to walk up and down.
They treated us like royalty. We felt we were VIP guests the way we were treated. Staff were so amazing, kind, caring and very friendly. The staff even knew when it was my birthday and arrived at my room with a birthday cake.
Staff would take time to talk to us and take an interest in our needs so they could provide better care.
The final highlight of the trip was when we met the Boss of the hotel. We were so touched when he took time out to speak to us and ensure we enjoyed our stay.
I would 100% recommend this place and definitely be visiting again.
I wish all the staff peace and happiness and success.

Very great hotel
The place is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. The hotel staff are amazing, professional, and very welcoming. I will definitely visit again.
Do not book
Currently at the hotel and it is awful. That is an understatement. There is nothing to do for children. No sand on the beach. The sister hotel is no better. The food is disgusting and I am have to pay each night for them to cook my children something as they have nothing suitable for children. We are all inclusive and there is barley anything to eat during the day. No extras for the children, no ice creams. It is awful. Only 3 pools not 4 and only a paddling hight. Can't go for a good swimm or jump. Can't wait to leave . It have ruined our summer, so much money spent and wasted. The hotel is so run down, the staff are nice.

room 8160 The hotel is amazing! Beautiful well-groomed territory. Excellent service, staff is polite and responsive. Separately I want to thank barmen from the beach bar. Ahmed and Khaled, you are the best! Thanks for your work! They always wish “good morning”, quickly serve and make delicious cocktails. Very glad to meet them. The guys also work at the Vendom bar. Rest exactly succeeded!
