We had wonderful and unforgettable experience. There is no other hotel with such huge facilities, extremely attentive and professional staff like yours. Everyone is working so hard and around the clock to make all the guests comfortable and happy.
A special appreciation goes to the entire staff. From reception and housekeeping to the restaurants, bars and pool teams, everyone was professional, friendly, attentive and incredibly dedicated. Their positive attitude and genuine care for guests really make this hotel extremely special.
The food was excellent, with great quality and variety throughout the day. The pools, beach and facilities were fantastic, very clean and beautifully maintained, with plenty of options for both relaxation and family fun.
The animation team deserves a special mention — energetic, friendly and always creating a great atmosphere with activities, games and evening entertainment.
What impressed us most was the overall level of service and hospitality. You can clearly see the effort of both the staff and management in making every guest’s stay memorable.

We have been coming back to this hotel for 5 years now, sometimes even twice a year, and it truly feels like home. I especially want to share some wonderful words for two staff members we’ve grown very fond of. First, the front desk manager, Hady—an extraordinary and experienced professional who always goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need, always making us feel right at home. And then the manager of the Asian restaurant, Azouz, who my whole family absolutely loves. He always makes us laugh and feel at home, which is truly one of the main reasons we keep coming back. That said, the entire staff is truly lovely."
