Overall a fantastic experience, the food was some of the best I've had in an all inclusive and it was fresh and varied. The facilities were always clean and the service was impeccable. Some of the nicest people I've met working in hotels including Mohammed the life guard and Mohammed in the English bar. Mahmoud in the pool bar was super friendly and helpful aswell. They were all amazing but those names come to mind very quickly. We had a few issues at the beginning of our stay though as I felt the change over of the room may have possibly been rushed, we had no body wash, our bathroom lock was broken and the towel rack was broken, we also noticed a few stains along walls in the bathroom and door and the shower blocked after the first day and the mirror was broken. Everything was fixed as soon as we mentioned it apart from the stains which i cleaned myself but obviously made us a bit nervous for the rest of our stay. The spa was amazing but we ended up waiting 25 mins for a lift back to the adults side. We dined in the tepanyaki grill and it was beyond my expectations, the food was amazing and the show along was just as good i think our chef was mahmoudand he was super friendly and chatty and was very skilled. I cant remember the manager of the tepanyaki grills name but he was constanly checking on us throughout our stay making sure we were happy and helping us book restaurants if we needed. The entertainment in the evening was varied sometimes it was lacking and other nights it was really entertaining. Our housekeeper was really nice and made the extra effort to make our towel animals and checking regularly when we went back at the end of the day for towels and made sure we were happy. I would say it was a bit gutting as we could not use any of the family sides amenities without an extra charge like the restaurants or anything but I understand this is probably due to overcrowding etc. I have to add finally that the bed was immensely comfortable, I have never experienced comfort like it and it was massive. A few more days left but will be sad to leave this place.

First time in Egypt, bit nervous with all the bad things said but I have to say it was one of my best holidays. Hotel was immaculate, room cleaned everyday and of course the daily towel art, and even a flower display. Bar staff were great always time for a chat, and even gave me a remedy for dodgy tummy. The pool staff are attentive, after a couple of days we found are sunbeds waiting for us. Personally I found food wasn't great but I am picky. You have to try the Tappankaki restaurant, watching your food being prepared was an experience. If you want a relaxing holiday of doing nothing but waiting for your next drink I would recommend.

The food is very basic and disappointing. Me and my partner aren’t fussy eaters but we really struggled. There were minimal variations for breakfast, lunch and dinner (including desserts). We found the food to be unseasoned and repetitive. Bar and waiter staff were extremely helpful and hard working. Ahmed and Mohammed went above and beyond to find milk alternatives for my coffees.

Unfortunately we had a couple of issues with our neighbours smoking inside the room (non smoking rooms), staff required lots of prompting to sort this out and after 4 days we moved rooms. We were disappointed with how long it took to rectify this.

Rooms were very clean and spacious and the pool facilities were also clean and great. Music around pool was repetitive and quite poor. The entertainment done by animation team was corny, other entertainment provided by the hotel was very poor and needs improving. Hotel should be targeted towards 18-30 year olds. We had a lovely time but wouldn’t return.
