Mohamed Shaban the best
We had an amazing experience during our stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Mohamed Shaban at the lobby bar. He was always welcoming, friendly, and professional. His cocktails were perfectly made and he always recommended drinks that suited our taste. Every time we visited the bar, he greeted us with a smile and made us feel like valued guests. His positive attitude and attention to detail made our evenings truly enjoyable. Mohamed is a true asset to the hotel. His passion for hospitality is clear in every interaction. The service he provided exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Mohamed, for making our vacation even more special. We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to our friends.

We had a fantastic experience at the Lobby Bar, thanks to Mohamed Shaban. He is an outstanding bartender—friendly, professional, and always welcoming. His cocktails were absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and made with exceptional skill and attention to detail.
Mohamed Shaban made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. He recommended excellent drinks, provided outstanding service, and always had a warm smile. His positive attitude and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The quality of food needs some improvement. We felt the employees are overworked and this effect the quality of the services. The golf carts responses need to be improved.

Experience is good, you have to work with food
Hello! Steigenberger hotel is a good choice for Sharm, we had some if the best servicies, the staff was very friendly (shoutout to my man Nader), we made some friends, the pool was good, they also have 1 adults only pool which is great if you want to relax. The whole experience is nice, but we had a big problem which was food or the water they provided us to drink…the problem started on our 4th day there..after eating at LaMaison we had a very bad stomachache
