Bad ! Not clean ! Food 2 out of 5 Nu recomand deloc !

The most disgraceful hotel I have ever stayed in. There is no way this place deserves five stars. Check my photos instead of trusting the deceptive pictures on Booking.com. The plates were constantly filthy and poorly washed. We complained, but nothing changed. Another guest became so furious that he smashed plates out of frustration. the mattresses are not comfortable, very cheap, very old and very dirty and disgusting. The food was revolting—cheap, extremely low-quality, and among the worst I have ever eaten. Variety is meaningless when the quality is this disgusting. The bedsheets were old and torn, as shown in my photo. The bathroom faucet was rusty—in a supposedly five-star hotel! The bathtub grab handle was broken and coming away from the wall, creating a serious risk of injury. The shower curtain had visible mould. The bathroom smelled rotten and mouldy, literally and without exaggeration. The hotel is extremely far from the Old Market and Hadaba, and also far from SOHO Square, so the location is really bad The entertainment programme and animation team were the worst I have ever seen. The snorkelling area and underwater view were extremely disappointing. They moved us to a supposedly better room, but the entire hotel is terrible, so it made little difference. They also gave us a free meal at their paid restaurant. It was slightly better than the main restaurant, but still poor. Reception manager Moussa Sherif contacted me on WhatsApp, but polite follow-up cannot fix such a miserable hotel. Youssef at reception was respectful and offered a free late checkout. Housekeeping, Ahmed by the pool, and Chef Mohamed Salam were also polite. However, most restaurant staff were rude and behaved as if they hated the guests. In conclusion: if you want to waste your money and ruin your holiday, stay here. Do not trust the misleading photos or glowing reviews—they bear no resemblance to the filthy, miserable reality we experienced. احقر فندق ممكن حد ينزل فيه. مستوي احقر من الحقاره. مستحيل ابدا يكون ده فندق ٥ جنوم بجد. حضراتكم تقدروا تشوفوا الصور و تحكموا بنفسكم بدل الصور الخادعه اللي حاطينها علي booking.com اولا، الاطباق دايما وسخه و مش مغسوله كويس. اشتكينا و مفيش اي فرق. لدرجه ان فيه نزيل اتخانق و كسر الاطباق من كتر قهره و ضيقه من وساخه اطباقهم ثانيا، اكلهم قذر، جوده متدنيه، ابشع اكل ممكن تاكله. صحيح كان بيبقي فيه اكل متنوع لكن جوده الاكل من اسوا ما يكون ثالثا، ملايات السرير كانت قديمه و متقطعه و حضراتكم تقدروا تشوفوا الصوره. ده و ان دل علي شيء فيدل علي استمرار المستوي الزباله بتاع الفندق ده رابعا، حنفيه حوض الحمام كانت مصديه. تخيلوا فندق ٥ نجوم حنفيته مصديه. تقدروا تشوفوا الصور خامسا، اليد اللي في البانيو، مكسره و مش ماسكه في الحيط، فلو الواحد ماخدش باله ممكن بسهوله يتكسر سادسا، ستاره الحمام كان عليها عفن، اه و الله زي ما بقولك كده، عفن متكون علي ستاره الحمام سابعا، ريحه الحمام كانت معفنه، بالمعنى الحرفي و بلا مبالغه. ثامنا، المكان بعيد عن السوق القديم و الهضبه بكتير جدا، و عن سوهو بشويه حلوين تاسعا، عندهم اسوا برنامج animation, و اسوا ناس بتعمل animation في حياتي شوفته عاشرا، لو لا سمح الله عايز تعمل snorkeling فال view بتاعهم من اسوا ما يكون طبعا حاولوا يرضونا بس بالفارغ، يعني اللي عملوه لا قيمه له، غيروا الاوضه و حطونا في اوضه المفروض انها اقضل، لكن الفندق كله مستواه حقير جدا فمش فارقه كان فيه مطعم تاني الاكل فيه بفلوس، و ادولنا وجبه فيه free, الحقيقه جوده الاكل افضل شويه من مطعم الفندق، لكن لازال الجوده اجمالا سيئه موسي شريف مدير الريسبشن كان بيتواصل معايا علي الواتساب عشان يتاكد انه كله تمام. لكن هكرر مره تانيه الفندق زباله و هي ده امكانيتهم يوسف من الريسبشن كان راجل مهذب و محترم. حتي الراجل عرض free late check-out. ال house keeping كانوا ناس محترمه و مؤدبه اغلب بتوع المطعم سخفاء تحس انهم كارهينك فيه شاب محترم اسمه احمد كان علي ال pool و كان مؤدب جدا الشيف محمد سلام راجل جميل و محترم. الخلاصه، لو عايز تخسر فلوسك و راحه بالك روح الفندق ده و اوعي ابدا تصدق الصور اللي علي booking.com و لا تصدق ال reviews الكويسه لان اغلبها غير حقيقي

Nice location. Very good food, different every day. Very nice service, also cleaning staff - always open and friendly. The best animator Adhem 👍 open person, helpful, entertaining, intelligent. Good job, Adhem. Clean rooms. The only minus: old bathrooms, needing renovation but all works fine.
