Great guest service by pool lifeguard Mohamed
Mohamed ali at palm pool lifeguard was excellent very helpful and always happy to assist a disabled guest. He made our stay even better after I had a slight fall getting out the pool and he couldn’t off been more helpful and made sure I was ok for the rest of our stay

Our amazing holiday
We had an amazing vacation. The room, the food, and especially the staff were outstanding. The room, the dining experience, and the overall atmosphere were simply wonderful. Everything is incredibly well organized—almost like military precision.
What impressed us the most, however, was the staff. They were so kind, professional, and attentive that we were genuinely amazed. We truly hope they are rewarded for the value they bring, because their warmth and dedication are what make this hotel such an exceptional experience.
As for the food, it was absolutely delicious—we enjoyed every meal and left every restaurant completely satisfied. The rooms were also spotless and impeccably clean.
The only things that disappointed us a little were that the beach closed at 7:00 PM, the DJ on the beach finished quite early, and all the evening entertainment ended by 1:00 AM. However, we’re sure these are things that can continue to improve over time.
Thank you so much for everything. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone considering it, and we will definitely be coming back!
